The location is really a bit far from the main scenic spots of Yellowstone Park, more than an hour's drive, but the scenery along the way is still good. If the time to visit Yellowstone Park is not too tight, come to Cody for 1-2 nights. I recommend this hotel and take a break. There are places to eat, play, petrol stations and supermarkets nearby, so it is very convenient for supplies. There is a free parking lot, the service is good, the rooms and bathrooms are hygienic. This hotel certainly punches above it's weight. It's an impressive structure both inside and out. Location is a little out of the town centre on the main road into Cody. It's located quite close to the road so there is some traffic noise in the rooms but not excessive. Check in was great, there was a friendly familiarity which was nice. Our room was huge, in very good condition with a balcony and very well equipped with fridge (that worked!), microwave and quality coffee machine. The bathroom was smart and could have been from a more expensive chain. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were rather poor. All looked clean and well maintained too. The hotel restaurant was good and always busy but looked nothing like the smart photographs on the web site and was a bit of a disappointment regarding atmosphere. We used the laundry facilities which were great but not the pool or fitness centre. One thing a little annoying was that the WiFi kept dropping it's connection but worked fine when connected.
