和朋友自駕遊，路過鄱陽湖，選了悦麓酒店，管家小佔和小王熱情接待，貼心服務。酒店大堂是進士第，大氣有底藴，張張大片，餐廳的餐食也很美味。總體非常滿意👍。

首先酒店的環境、設備設施以及各方面硬件條件是很不錯的，各個點位上服務人員很熱情，入住時前台接待人員主動將行李送至房間；其次可能由於五一節客人較多等原因，內部管理還需要進一步提升，一是住宿當晚21點後，5號樓同樓層其他多名客人可能因醉酒大呼小叫、異常喧嘩，持續了近一個小時，酒店服務人員竟無人到場勸阻，導致無法正常休息。直至近十點鐘打電話到前台投訴後才逐漸消停；二是第二天一早大雨滂沱，攜帶房間備傘去自助餐廳用餐（走路約十分鐘），根據要求將放置餐廳門口指定位置，用餐完畢後傘被他人取走，現場管理人員也不能提供其他傘具，衹能冒雨回房。以上兩項導致住宿體驗度不佳，希望酒店既要有好的環境設備，也要有真心實意為客人服務的意識，這樣才能形成良好口碑，做出自己的品牌。
