Lugar muy limpio, buena ubicación lo que no me gustó fue que cuando bajé al desayuno nadie me recibió o explicó cómo era el servicio, entiendo que es buffet pero solo se me acercó un mesero para ofrecer café y fue todo terminé de comer, sali y nuevamente nadie me preguntó mi número de habitación y me retire, la comida estaba rica pero si les falta un poco más de empatía por parte de los meseros.

Absolut herausragend war die Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Zimmer sind gut, mit allem was es braucht. Das Restaurant ist eine gute Adresse in einer eher unschönen Stadt. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt und würde auch wieder dort übernachten.

Mi reciente estancia en este hotel fue una grata experiencia. Desde el primer momento, me sentí bienvenido gracias al excelente servicio al cliente que recibí. Las habitaciones estaban impecables y contaban con agua caliente y café, detalles que sin duda aumentaron mi comodidad. La rapidez y eficiencia en la facturación también fueron un punto a destacar. Solo tuve que entregar la CSF e indicar el uso de CFDI para recibir la factura en menos de una hora. Aunque solo fue una noche de estancia, todos estos detalles marcaron una gran diferencia. Se nota que el hotel se preocupa por ofrecer un servicio de calidad a sus huéspedes. Sin duda, recomiendo este hotel a cualquier persona que busque una estancia cómoda, agradable y con un servicio al cliente excepcional.

Bonitas instalaciones y excelente trato por parte del personal. Buena ubicación. La comida del restaurante es muy buena y con buenos precios. Lo recomiendo. Fui por motivos de trabajo y la verdad cumplió mis expectativas.

excelente habitaciones solo los que atienden en restaurante un poco de genio, pero en general excelente, cómodo, atención de recepción buena, las habitaciones muy limpias , lo único que creo que no es correcto que no puedan dejarte los taxis en el hotel.
