Lovely hotel with great facilities and great location. Helpful and friendly staff who went out of the way to make my stay comfortable.

Comfortable hotel and well located.

The location was good and easy to reach by car. The staff at reception was always friendly and helpful. The room was large, but rather dim due to little lighting. Signs of ageing here and there. The pillows on the bed were rather small and in retrospect, we should have asked for bigger ones. The bathroom was modern. The shower was good. Such a shame, that the wall of the bathroom facing the bedroom was completely made of glass. Thus, trips to the bathroom were not intimate and in the middle of the night woke up the partner. Cleaning was only on request, which we had never experienced in a hotel before. We decided to do without the cleaning altogether for 3 nights. So, no tips for the cleaning staff during our stay unfortunately. The breakfast was fine, but rather over-priced for the range.

Nice big hotel, with big rooms, wonderful service and excellent restaurant & bar.

A pleasant stay with excellent customer service from the Front Desk Supervisor Paulina. The entire staff was extremely accommodating, and responded to all questions and requests. Newly open pool and saunas are beautiful and a pleasure to spend time at. Great variety of choices at breakfast and again friendly personnel. Location is top notch with Stary Browar Mall across the street and only15 min walk to the Old Town. I will definitely be back!
