A beautiful hotel in every way. The Puro brand is very special. Warm welcome from staff, gorgeous interior everywhere you go. Fabulously comfortable rooms with all the essentials. The bathroom is a sensation. This will be my first choice in Poznan, the location is also perfect. Seconds from the Old Town Square on foot and ideal for the tram stop to other parts of town.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Puro hotel in Poznań again, and as always, it was great. The hotel service, both at the reception and in the restaurant, was extremely nice and helpful, which further increased the comfort of our stay. The rooms are extremely comfortable, which makes it difficult for us to leave the hotel. Puro is always number one for us when visiting Poland. We also appreciate the new interior design of Puro in Poznań, which adds charm to this place. The only small detail that could be improved is the teas offered at the hotel lounge, which are described in German I believe. We suggest having them in English and if you could add chamomile to the mix, please. Thank you in advance and see you next time!

Really nice hotel - service from arrival to departure, and the man in the hotel restaurant is really good!! Only discovered on departure days that you can only order avocado and poached eggs for breakfast, yum they were good. A few more English TV channels would be nice, but on the other hand, I wasn't there to watch TV. I will definitely come again, also privately.

Weather was better than expected , although rained in the Monday. Was a treat for my 60th birthday. Great hotel in a great location. Once the construction is finished this will become a very popular place

A lovely hotel that was modern spacious and very clean. A lot of extra touches really made the difference, we were given a city map at checkin and were recommended some great places to go. Loved the coffee machine in the lobby which was free - had take away cups as well as china cups which was nice. Breakfast was brilliant, the granola and yogurt was delicious- I didn’t like that you had to order some food options - these took ages to be cooked. Also appreciated the late checkout which saved any rushing around. All staff were lovely and helpful. Would recommend for anyone going to Poznan.

The hotel is brilliant, my 3rd stay here and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. The hotel is beautiful and the staff really friendly. The free coffees to go are a great touch. We had adjoining rooms this time and it was perfect for groups of friends or a family. Highly recommend.
