Hotel ben gestito e pulito, bellissimo il prato all'inglese che circonda gli immobili. Bella la stanza. Ubicato nella parte nord di Pozzallo con pochi servizi raggiungibili a piedi . Noi con auto al seguito siamo riusciti facilmente ad arrivare in paese ed alla spiaggia. Inoltre c'erano dei gatti bellissimi che facevano le fusa a chiunque .

Camera grande e spaziosa, letto abbastanza comodo. I muri della camera però erano molto sporchi e in un hotel a 4 stelle questo non dovrebbe esistere. Doccia piccolina con dispenser per lo shampoo e il bagno schiuma vuoti: nessuno li ha riempiti nei cinque giorni di soggiorno. Quindi poca attenzione. Frigorifero che non raffreddava. Le pulizie lasciano a desiderare: a terra c'era una mosca morta, rimasta lì per tutto il soggiorno. D'altronde le pulizie minime venivano fatte durante il quarto d'ora della durata della colazione. Mai successo in nessun hotel che mentre sei giù a fare colazione, rifanno la camera in così poco tempo! La colazione è buona, anche se non c'è molta varietà, per essere un hotel a 4 stelle. Personale gentile; posizione della struttura buona per girare la Sicilia orientale. Zona silenziosa. Naturalmente devi avere l'auto per poterti spostare.

Nice spacious rooms wirh views on the garden and comfortable beds. Good shower and bathroom. Large closet to stow away your clothes. Friendly personnel. Room cleaning could improve. Breakfast is good (buffet) but not much variation. All in all good value for its price!

Great hotel with an amazing pool and lovely service. This hotel is situated in a perfect location as it is so close to the port so it’s ideal if you need to catch an early ferry. We managed to really relax by the stunning pool and were greeted by the lovely hotel host.

Pessima gestione. Avevo dimenticato un indumento in camera la sera stessa del check out ho chiamato per informarli ma chi si occupava della pulizia delle camere lo aveva buttato. La direzione non si è nemmeno scusata dell’accaduto anzi in modo arrogante e prepotente ha declinato ogni responsabilità. Consiglio di stare attenti a non lasciare niente di personale soprattutto indumenti o altro che non viene messo in cassaforte per ovvie motivazioni perché verrebbe cestinato immediatamente e non messo da parte in attesa che il cliente possa reclamarlo. Gli indumenti sono di proprietà dei clienti e non dell’hotel

Piccolo hotel circondato da verde e da piscina molto grande. A causa del verde vi é la presenza di mosche e zanzare. Le camere non sono previste di zanzariere, soprattutto quelle a piano terra con accesso al giardino, dove ad ogni apertura entrano insetti. Personale disponibile e cordiale, soprattutto la signora bionda della reception. Piccole lavorazioni da rifare nel bagno. Dentro e lungomare a 5 minuti di macchina

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte, la struttura molto bella, la piscina è da 10 e lode. Le camere sono molto ampie, luminose e con tutti i comfort. Avrebbero bisogno di in attenzione in più. Innanzitutto migliorare l’insonorizzazione, in quanto i miei vicini sono rientrati all Una di notte con un bambino piccolo e ho ascoltato tutti i loro discorsi e le urla del loro bambino finché non si sono addormentati. Grazie a questo però ho potuto constatare che tutte le stanze che erano nel Mio stesso lato hanno un problema di infiltrazioni di formiche volanti, che ovviamente non è dovuto “al giardino e quindi non possiamo farci nulla” come suggerito dalle signore all’accoglienza ma dal fatto che le cornici degli infissi sono un po’ datati e si infilano da lì! Impossibile tenere gli stessi infissi aperti visto che non sono dotati di zanzariere e che quindi le zanzare farebbero festa! Colazione ottima e il personale ( le stesse due ragazze per tutto il giorno) davvero educate e gentili!

The hotel as such seemed very nice and well kept. It’s in a quite area with ample parking spaces. Room was good sized and seemed clean. TV was not working and only realised at around 10pm. The breakfast was the worst experience ever. There were ants all over the breakfast table. Also we had to ask for coffee. It’s a real shame because the place is nice.
