The interface between the hotel and the app is not okay. Booked through the app but checked in and said the room was full. So I'm confused why if selling rooms through walk-in at the hotel Not updating information through the system

The staff is very bad, speaks badly, stays for 2 nights but does not clean them. the bathroom is very dirty The floor is stained yellow. The toilet is broken, can't press the water down. The blanket is torn and spongy. The balcony was full of leaves.
