Hi, the only thing that wasn't there when we arrived and that I said I had, was the electric car charger... I was still in the process of installing them... but on the websites I said that they had them.
And we also find that for a 4-star hotel, breakfast should be included.
And the blackout curtains...they weren't so much😅
But everything else very good.

Le plaisir de séjourner dans ce genre d'établissement était au rendez-vous. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'accueil, le service, l'amabilité et le disponibilité du personnel au top. This is a truly fantastic hotel. Excellent rooms, excellent food and amazing staff. The location is beautiful and the rooms around the pool are wonderful with the views of the Canigo mountain. We have symtayed here several times and are always amazed at this wonderful place.

Accueil au top Services aux attentes Chambres spacieuses et agréables avec tous les services. Salle de bain spacieuse. Bar et petit déjeuner au top. Il faut juste penser à se restaurer ailleurs il ya de bonnes adresses. Le personnel est très accueillant et au service du client. Lieu calme et avec espaces verts et piscine pour l'été 😍 Chambres avec vue sur le Canigou.... Un must pour un passionné de montagne. De l'autre côté ça doit être beau aussi.

Hôtel calme, très bien tenu et très professionnel. Le directeur a des années d'expérience et ça se voit. Personnel souriant et prêt à nous rendre service quel que soit notre demande. Très propre. Les chambres sont très bien tenues et toutes climatisées. Le personnel responsable du ménage est discret et efficace. Très belle piscine avec une vue magnifique (le Canigou). Climatisation très discrète et agréable.
