I had booked, first by telephone and then by email, to spend a weekend in February 2024. Until the deposit was paid, everything seemed to proceed normally. At least until the unhealthy idea of calling a second flight to ask for further information regarding the nearest ski lifts comes to mind. And here all hell breaks loose. I was literally attacked with insults and words of all kinds, the phone was hung up on me twice and, finally, I was "invited" to never call again. To date, obviously, the deposit, despite numerous written reminders, has not been returned to me (even though the booking provided for free cancellation up to ten days before arrival and I canceled practically immediately, almost a month before). The worst experience of my life!! THIEVES!!!

Truly rude and rude staff, to every little request we made they responded badly, getting angry and raising their voices, I highly don't recommend it. The breakfast is really poor without even bread. I strongly advise against never coming here!

Parking with a climb that is feasible only for experts in snow driving, at the reception you are welcomed by a single rude person, I have never seen so much rudeness in a hotel, for breakfast and dinner, you have to leave the hotel and go to another building, not it's really a comfortable situation since the children had jackets and shoes completely wet, after a hot shower we honestly didn't want to leave the hotel for dinner, we booked the hotel with dinner included for this very reason, 10.30pm in the room with billiards and table football obviously for a fee, a bell like the school bell rings, surprised they invited us to go to bed as they had to close, obviously surprised even though we were a group of 3 families and we would have gladly continued to have a drink and spend time together, we were forced to go to the room.

From the outside the location appears well-kept thanks also to the wonderful setting of the snow-capped Alps, but it is just a decoy. To put it in Dante 's terms " Abandon all hope , you who enter . " . The person (who I believe is the owner) at the reception is proverbially rude. Rude staff, sometimes surly and aggressive. Poor food that you wouldn't find even on the streets of Calcutta. I will never go back there again. I rather sleep in a tent in a sleeping bag at the risk of running into some bears or a pack of wolves.

An unclean, cold and horrible hotel & the facilities within very tired. The receptionist (the owner ) was aggressive, unhelpful and very unprofessional. He verbally threatened a couple of our party when asking for assistance. Stay away!

Do NOT stay here. The manager is violent, rude & aggressive to guests & his staff. His waiters called him "mental". 2 waiters for 5 guests when we arrived, still 2 waiters for 70 guests over the weekend. The food is basic at best. Buffet often running out and not being replenished. Coffee machine not working, at times. Rock hard bread at every meal. Lights turn off whilst you're walking down the stairs. Fire call points are covered up. Corridor lights tripping the circuit breaker daily. All reported to manager but rarely rectified. No documented control of drinks with your meals. So bills were wrong. Trying to add extra days of tax onto guests bills when they clearly hadn't stayed that long. Can it get any worse? The manager was stopping guests on Sunday evening around 21.30 returning from the restaurant (leaving on Monday after breakfast) demanding we pay our bills. Manager stated nobody would be there on Monday so we had to pay NOW! Germans, Austrians and British. All lined up with his aggressive arms stopping you re-entering the hotel until you paid. He wanted cash payment (paid deposit by bank transfer and card) and was shouting aggressively demanding cash! Why all this fuss? After saying he wouldn't be there on Monday, he was! Manager physically shouting at his waiting staff within earshot of guests, during the evening meal service. How this hotel is in business is a mystery. None of my 12 guest party enjoyed the hotel. We all felt sorry for the staff and 100% will not be returning.

Worst experience ever. I cannot begin to find the words for the nigh**are we have experienced. We have been yelled at, insulted and treated with nothing but open disrespect. The receptionist (who claims to be the owner of the place) does nothing but threaten people. He is arrogant, rude and offensive. We did not feel safe and, if we could have, we would have left right away. Food does not even deserve to be rated. 1/3 of our group got sick.

Rude, offensive and unhelpful staff. We called for availability for a room, we received a series of criticisms and insults and they did not confirm the room even though it was available. I do not recommend this place.

I wanted to make a phone reservation, surreal calls. Unprecedented rudeness and rudeness. For a simple question regarding the price he dismissed me and hung up the phone in my face. Despite everything I called back to finish the reservation and tell the gentleman that it is rude to hang up the phone in people's faces and I was taken with the ignorant girl and that my father was rude and not him, plus if I wanted to stay there I had to apologize for having pointed out the rudeness of the gesture. Be wary of these men full of ego, rudeness and rudeness. A 40 year old woman says this and not a little girl
