Adrez Hotels in Prague

This hotel is in a great location - just a 5 min walk from Prague's main rail station and the Airport Express (AE) drop off point (note take the lift down to floor -2 to exit the correct side of the station when the AE drops you off, don't walk along the road. (it will make sense when you get off of the AE). We were able to walk to all of the major Prague attractions from here. Our room was spacious and clean with both a coffee machine and a kettle (with supplies, but no milk). we also had a fridge, hair dryer and iron with ironing board. Bathroom, tea/coffe supplies were replinshed every day and bin emptied. Aircon was noisy and not very effective. Apart from teh aircon the hotel was very quiet. Whilst the room and communal areas were clean the hall and stair carpets looked ”grubby”. Access to building and room was efficent and easy, there is no receiption. There are no luggage lockers included - cheapest place is in the main railway station - less than £5 for a full day for a locker that can easily hold 1 cabin travel case and 2 cabin backpacks (and you can access the locker as many times as you like). I would return to this hotel and recommend it to others

The hotel has a great location — it’s very close to the subway station and near the main attractions area. The room is quite spacious, and the facilities are generally clean. However, there are two major drawbacks: 1. The room has no air conditioning. We kept adjusting the temperature, but it didn’t seem to change at all. 2. The hotel has no luggage storage. We had to drag our heavy luggage the whole way, which was very inconvenient. This setup is quite unfriendly for travelers with lots of luggage.

Facilities: Good Cleanliness: Good Environment: The room is very spacious and ideally located near the Astronomical Clock, just a 5-minute walk away. For Old Town, it's an excellent spot with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Service: You can only check-in at the designated time. It's a fully self-service check-in process. Scanning the passport was very slow and kept hanging the camera. I couldn't even register in other countries; it only worked once I landed in Prague (I suspect there was an internet issue).

Great location! It's super convenient for dining and getting around on public transport. The room is incredibly spacious with large windows offering fantastic views, which was definitely my favorite part. The amenities provided are very comprehensive. Just a heads-up, the bathroom has a bathtub, and the lighting fixtures are a bit unique, so taller guests might need to be careful. There's no air conditioning, but a fan is provided. The only downside is that the elevator is extremely noisy when it's operating.

As other reviewers mentioned, check-in was a bit tricky. However, knowing that beforehand allowed us to prepare, and we ended up having a great stay. The room was spacious.

Hotel is very good, the room is spacious, the facilities are complete Safety: The surrounding area is safe. Environment: The environment is very good. It takes three minutes to Kafka Sculpture Mall. It is very close to the Bell Tower, the subway station and the Charles Bridge. Walking distance. Service: The service is a bit dissatisfied. Stayed for 15 days and cleaned the room twice. I called several times and didn't throw the garbage. I don't know why. I saw it and said that I sent an email and put the sign.

Excellent stay here. It was not peak summer season so the cobbled lanes were not so busy. i think in summer it could be very noisy but the trade-off is you are right in the middle of the old town so exploring from your doorstep is perfect!! I would stay here again. The room we had was exceptional with arched ceilings and was very large!

It was a large studio near the centre of Prague, and we would certainly come back here again.

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was very well located, just turn a corner and you will reach the Old Town Square and Astronomical clock. Just downstairs you will have shops open late for food, souvenirs etc. If getting a car to drop you off, it is a few minutes walk down the road to a zebra crossing. Upon check in, we were delighted and surprised to find the hotel had left us a bottle of wine and some chocolate almonds as we told them we just got married and were on our honeymoon. Hotel staff was pretty friendly and they kindly let us store our luggage at no additional cost before our bus when we checked out. The breakfast was okay but we felt it was a little overpriced. There is a bar attached to the hotel called Fat Cat but the food and drinks were quite expensive so we never dined there. The room itself was a bit dark but satisfactory. Beware of the wooden beams if you are tall. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The location was great, subway was just steps away, walking distance to old town, lots of shopping and restaurants right downstairs. There was an issue checking in because my room was changed from the initial booking confirmation and was not able to access the room. There was an email sent to me but did not have any attachments about a room change. Had to call the hotel and customer service was able to send me another email with the new information to realize that I would be in a different room. Overall it took about 15 to 20 mins to resolve. The customer service person was professional and patient on the phone.
