Nothing scary but not the most pleasant. The street is more modern with a mall, bookstores and fast food, we move away from the too touristy area, without being too far. But the whole is not very pleasant, the parquet floor is beautiful but creaks at night with each step. The dormitory room was opposite a tram intersection, you can hear them creaking even at night.
In the end, very practical but you can find better.
