Great location and beautiful views! The room was comfortable, and the facilities were clean and fully equipped. The staff provided excellent service, making check-in and check-out very smooth. Overall, a very pleasant stay with great value for money.

The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. It came equipped with a kettle and a fridge. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. What's more, it's very close to the train station and not far from the attractions; we walked to all of them.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and delicious! The location is super convenient for exploring the city on foot. It was also very easy to find, and the service was excellent. I'd definitely consider staying here again for my next solo trip.

Found someone else’s trash in my dustbin when I checked in.
Good location right next to the train station. Decent service as well, they always greet you. Breakfast was nice too.

Great stay for us. Just opp train station and decent size of the room. Reception staff were good and even the restaurant staff. Breakfast was just simple snd nice. 10 mins walk to old town or take tram everywhere, station is 2 mins away from hotel.
Fantastic and will stay again if comes back.

Only 5 minutes walked from the train station to the hotel. It was great. Right on the same street have convenient store and surrounding restaurants. The tram station also five minutes walk. Walkable to a lot of attractions too. Room was very good size and the bathroom was big compared other hotels. Front desk was friendly and quick check in. Lobby was small but they do offered water there. Tea kettle and instant coffee and tea and cups in the room. Only one thing the bathroom had no windows blind when sun up it was very bright. Overall was a very good stay.

Room was spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast has a good variety with generous portion, you could even make delicious English breakfast. All the staffs were friendly with good smiles and make us feel welcomed. Location is directly opposite train station. There is kettle with coffee and tea provided in the room (which is lacking in other European countries). All in all, highly recommended. Will come back again.

I was disappointed on their service provided during my special request to clean up the room to the reception in the morning. However, it was not cleaned until 2pm. My answer given by Mr Sak was the priority was given to the check in customers. What about those who stayed one? So once you checked in, that is your problem is it? Furthermore, the check in only allowed 3pm onwards, right? I quite pissed off with his answers as I already informed the reception that I needed a nap after lunch.

The hotel is about a five-minute walk from the airport shuttle drop-off. The Jubilee Synagogue is just around the corner, and it's not far from Old Town Square. The hotel breakfast is 12 euros, which is a good price, and there's a great variety of food. The staff member was very welcoming, and luggage storage is free.
