The room was quite spacious, and the breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. Check-in at the front desk was very quick, and the staff member, ANASTASIIA, was extremely polite and professional, processing our check-in swiftly. There's a parking lot downstairs, and surprisingly, even a casino! The hotel's location isn't very central; it's about a 20-minute walk to Prague Square. However, the hotel facilities are comprehensive, especially the gym on the second floor – all the equipment is Life Fitness, which I really appreciate.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the Hilton Hotel Prague, as the experience fell well below what is expected from a hotel of this standard.
The hotel is excessively large, with a confusing, maze-like layout. Reaching the room involves long walks through corridors, which is highly inconvenient—especially when carrying luggage. Despite this, the concierge did not assist with taking my luggage to the room, and I had to manage it myself. This level of service is unacceptable and not what one expects from a Hilton property.
The location of the hotel is poor, as it is not centrally located and not convenient for accessing major attractions.
The spa facilities were also disappointing. The steam room and sauna are shared, and there were no towels available. I had to wait more than 40 minutes just to get towels, which is completely unacceptable.
On top of these issues, I was also charged for early check-in, which added to the frustration given the overall lack of service and convenience.
Overall, this stay did not meet expectations in terms of service, comfort, or value. I would not expect such shortcomings from a hotel of this reputation and would not choose to stay here again.
I had to also scan the luggages and had to carry up the scanner. This would have been done by the staff if in orher countries.

This hotel clearly has management issues. Our duvet cover was torn, and due to laundry problems, they couldn't provide clean bath towels to guests in a timely manner. When we first called the front desk, no one ever answered. We had to go down to the front desk ourselves to explain the situation and ask for a replacement, but even after 24 hours, nothing was done. This hotel is definitely not a five-star hotel; it's barely a three-star at best!

This hotel is massive, and the service and facilities are excellent. We stayed for five nights, and I'm very grateful to Trip.com for helping me communicate with the hotel to secure a room upgrade and cover part of the cost. I do have two minor regrets about the hotel: firstly, the room service phone went unanswered for most of the 24th and 25th; secondly, the "courtyard view room" actually faced an inner courtyard, which felt quite oppressive due to direct line of sight with other rooms.

Everything about this hotel was great, and the breakfast was excellent. The only hiccup was that I had made two separate bookings, and my room key stopped working in between. I had to go to the front desk and pay the deposit again to get a new one, which was a bit of a hassle and impacted my experience.
