This appears to be a hotel converted from an apartment building. Getting in and out is extremely inconvenient; the elevator only goes halfway down, requiring you to climb stairs. The building is very old, the rooms are unclean, the bathroom walls are moldy, and the sheets and towels have been used for many years without being replaced. The photos online look beautiful, but the reality is vastly different. The hotel is dilapidated, and I strongly advise against staying here.

The rooms and location are great, especially the Royal Double Room with a sauna and jacuzzi – very comfortable. However, the hotel manager is very stubborn. I booked an airport transfer, but they weren't attentive. They didn't reply to emails promptly or get in touch in a timely manner. When the pick-up didn't happen, they weren't proactive in resolving the issue. They still charged me 35 euros for the missed transfer and were unreasonable, refusing to let me check in until I paid. From this perspective, it's a bad review. I wouldn't recommend using their airport transfer service. Breakfast was just okay and not great value for money.

It might not be the best in Pargue
This is defo the most convenient and good spot.
Few mins walk to Prague Astronomical Clock, which you can see the day and night time
And very close to the bridge side as well
Walk out of the street, just turn right already is the Main Street, it won’t be too loud and won’t be too quiet when walking at night

Hotel Liliova is in a perfect location, right in the heart of Prague's Old Town and steps from Charles Bridge—ideal for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, which was a highlight of my stay.
The room was spacious but lacked essentials like a stocked minibar, shampoo, and even a kettle. It felt very basic, so be prepared to bring your own items. The breakfast was also disappointing—it was very simple and didn’t feel worth the additional price.
If you’re looking for a great location and don’t mind minimal amenities, this hotel is a decent option.

The location of the hotel is excellent, situated in the old town square and just a 5-minute walk from the Prague Astronomical Clock. It’s perfect for exploring various attractions. Additionally, there are many restaurants and souvenir shops nearby, making it convenient to enjoy local cuisine and pick up mementos. Horrible experience. This hotel is not clean enough. Even you can smell very bad stinky smell whenever you enter into the room . Front desk staff was really helpful. Location is also great. But I think they should look after their cleaning procedures.
