location’s good!!! Have bus&tram&metro outside the building reception from 8am to 8pm

We say this property is victim to the comparison syndrome. We had stayed in three similar properties before this one, so there were stark differences in access. Things to note: there is no air con, though because they have one room with it, it will show up in filtered searches. Not such an issue, until we realized there is no air flow in the flat. The only way is to keep the balcony doors open, which overnight is risky and the courtyard is extremely loud. Second, the laundry facilities are cumbersome in access. Need a special key from the front desk, which only is open during certain hours and the cost is 8euros. Again, having just come from a similar property with free laundry available 24 hours, this was steep and unnecessary gatekeeping. So we hand washed in the room. For coffee drinkers, those things are by the front desk and for a fee. Again, since coffee machines are basic amenities even in hotels, this came across as stingy. The location, the look, the layout were fantastic. The front desk staff were great. Overall, we felt it was good, but could be better.

It’s a newly renovated apartment building. Clean and convenience to old town attractions. Bus stop I.P. Pavlova stop and subway C right downstairs. Namesti Miru church is walking distance.

The facilities are complete and well-equipped. The environment is elegant and comfortable, and the service attitude is excellent.

The service was very friendly. The room itself is clean and well-maintained - everything's great and it's well located.

The floor hygiene wasn't very good. The bedsheets had stains and hair on them. After speaking with the front desk, we waited about half an hour for a cleaner to come and change them. The location is convenient, close to the MTR and tram stations. The service was okay, and they allowed luggage storage. The kitchen facilities were good, but the cups, bowls, and dishes need to be replaced periodically.

The hotel is located in a good place, with lots of restaurants and shops around. The metro is just next to the hotel. The room is clean and big enough to open our baggages.

Good location near tram and metro station. Just walk around 2 mins. Building new and good smell inside. Room nice and clean. Will come back.

We were pleased with our stay. Room was spacious, very simply furnished and very clean. It served its purposes for us and was very clean. Subway stop (I P Pavlova) was less then 50 meters from the exit door and the tram stop literally at the door step. Convenient for transportation. People at the registration desk very, very helpful. A good stay for us. Downside our room was a little noisy. Starbucks, Burger King and other businesses directly below us, people coming to and from the subway and tram, plus the tram noise itself made for a lot of background noise.

Spacious, comfortable and tidy with great facilities!

Room was big, toilet is clean and have the basic amenities, but didn't notice it was not airconditioned during our booking. Should indicate this as prior in the amenities list.
