- on the main street, if you open the windows it is noisy but windows closed is ok - Noisy families with children, they shoul consider putting families with children next to eachother. - No AC in the room, I don’t know what can you do in summer. + Easy entrance, clear e-mails with explainanations. - Little flies, needs poisoning and serious cleaning. - Far to center if you want to walk specially after walking whole day to see around.

Minus 5 stars – greedy and unwilling to compromise. I only needed accommodation for one night as I was going into the hospital. Since the accommodation wasn't even accommodating me by 30 minutes, I had to find somewhere else. Immediately after booking (and paying), I noticed that the check-in and check-out times didn't match (which I hadn't seen anywhere beforehand), so I contacted the accommodation right away and asked for a refund. Unfortunately, despite my immediate notification (within 15 minutes of booking and payment), no compromise was offered; they insisted I had to pay 😡. It's a shame and sad that they would alienate their guests like this over €60. We would certainly have returned under different circumstances, but under these conditions, that will definitely not happen.

The rooms are on the sixth and top floor of a building near the Florence metro station and the bus station serving international buses (Flixbus and similar). The high floor offers a spectacular view (with a small terrace) of the Žižkov area, with the TV tower as the star of the show! The city center isn't close by: walkers like us will need about 20 minutes to get there. Alternatively, the metro is convenient and efficient. Bus 135 takes you, in just a few stops, to the central station, where AE buses to and from the airport depart and arrive. Even then, you'll have to figure out how to navigate the sprawling station to get there. The open-plan apartment features a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen, with plenty of space for two. Having a sink in addition to the one in the bathroom is always a plus! Unfortunately, the closet is small, with not enough space for even one person. A cabinet provides space for folded clothes. The bathroom is decidedly small, with a bathtub with a shower, but no bidet. Towels, soap, dish soap, shower gel with shampoo, and toilet paper are provided. Despite the presence of an electric coffee machine, very few capsules are provided. Please note: luggage storage is not provided on the day of departure. You will need to store your bags in the convenient luggage store at the bus station, located directly in front of the apartment. This is cheaper than the luggage store at the main station, which is automated and has a luggage size limit. For requests in the apartment, please communicate via WhatsApp. Key collection and return are convenient and completely contactless: instructions will be provided via WhatsApp closer to arrival. Bon hôtel attention dépôt valise
Attention il n'y a pas une personne à l'accueil. On prend possession de sa clé via une boîte et un code. Donc on ne peut pas passer déposer sa valise avant de prendre possession de sa chambre. C'était une chambre avec la possibilité de se faire légèrement à manger. Il n'y a pas de salle pour prendre le petit-déjeuner. A part ces deux points c'est très bien.
