Good location without the crowds. Only 100m to metro and 2 x stops (7 minutes) into the CBD.
Staff were friendly and professional but hotel feels a bit dated

I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel is older, but in an excellent condition. The staff are very kind, the breakfast is varied, the fitness center is included, and the metro is just a few steps from the hotel.
The downside for me is that there is no coffee maker in the room, which I really miss.

Hotel is located a nearby to subway. Service is fine, personal is prepared to support some customers request. On the interiér of hotel is visible, that is not a newest.

This hotel made our stay in Prague especially nice!!! 🤗✨😍 Starting from the lovely aromas of cinnamon and various herbs, warmth, which you feel as soon as you step into the hotel, to the beautiful melody of the piano, which creates a particularly wonderful atmosphere during breakfast. The breakfast is excellent, varied, buffet-style, a large selection of cheeses, salads and traditional cakes. The room is very clean and spacious. Every time, after returning from a walk, a completely arranged, clean room, with new towels and cosmetics, would wait for us. There is a metro station right in front of the hotel, and it is easy to reach all parts of Prague. I can only say the best things about our stay at this hotel, and about all the employees who make this hotel outstanding.🧡🧡🧡

The hotel location is walking distance to metro station. It is very convenience. However the hotel amenities was quiet outdated such as no coffee machine just instant coffee and tea. Please be careful and check first the mini bar as we experienced that one of the mini Vodca bottle in our room has been opened while we never consumed it. Good thing we informed the receptionist immediately and to our surprise according to the receptionist we have consumed 2 bottles alcohol drinks while we only consumed sparkling water and cola. Please check the mini bar first in order not get a billed on what you never consume. The breakfast menu is the same every day. So if you stay for longer time it could be quiet boring as they never change their menu. Overall the hotel is good for the price that you paid.

The people are so warm and welcoming. They are so considerate and helped us to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Hotel is very clean and nice. Love to come back again . It’s very close to the metro making it extremely easy to travel around the city.
The conference centre is just opposite to this hotel and takes only a 5 min walk. Amazing !!!
