Die Hotel is super nice, the personal or employees are great friendly and helpful especially the frontdesk especially ms. Adela, who’s not tired to explain and help me and other guest . The spa area is nice as well. Breakfast selection is great, the room is nice the paninis view and also the bed is comfortable to sleep right after a long day of walkingWe will definitely comeback again.

We stayed at the Panorama Hotel for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The staff were friendly, kind and attentive and spoke many languages, including English to a very high standard. The breakfast buffet was delicious and consisted of a very wide range of both cooked and cold options, as well as teas, coffees and juices. The staff were very busy keeping everything stocked up and clearing tables to let the next wave of guests find a free table. It was also extremely beneficial to be able to use the luggage storage before check-in and even after checking out. The location is great, just a 2-3 minute walk from the Arkady shopping centre and 4-5 minutes from the nearest tram stop. It is also only 2 stops on the tram to the nearest metro (subway / underground) station. The public transport in Prague is very efficient: we had a 72 hour ticket which allowed us to use almost every form of transport on almost every line for no extra cost, which I also recommend as the best way to get around the city. We did not use the spa facilities but they looked great. I recommend this hotel from my experience.
