We arrived in Prague early in the morning after taking an overnight train and got to the hotel around 8:40 AM. We asked if there was a room available for early check-in so we could take a shower. The front desk said yes—but only if we paid an extra €50. We agreed and paid. After taking a shower, around 10:30 AM, we called the front desk to ask if they could clean the room while we went out sightseeing, since we would need to use it again in the evening. The receptionist asked, “Did you just check in?” We said yes. Then they told us they couldn’t clean the room because we had just checked in. That made no sense—we paid €50 for early check-in, which we thought included the full service of a normal stay. Since they refused to clean the room, we asked for clean towels instead. But to our shock, one of the “fresh” towels they brought had blood stains on it. Completely unacceptable. The next morning, before we checked out, someone knocked on our door. I asked who it was—there was no reply. Then a staff member just opened the door while my girlfriend and I were changing. They walked away without even closing the door behind them. We reported all of this to the manager. As an apology, they extended our check-out time to 6 PM and said the room would be cleaned again so we could rest before going to the airport. But when we returned, the room still lacked basic items—there were not even slippers provided. Overall, this hotel was a huge disappointment. Poor service, bad communication, and unacceptable hygiene standards. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Nice view and service. Extremely clean. Close to most tourist area in Prague. Breakfast is average.

Nice hotel and great location but rooms were very hot and AC does not work.
