Golden Angel Suites by Adrez

The service at this hotel was terrible, or rather, non-existent. I stayed two nights in a gorgeous apartment because my original booking for the same room wasn't available, so I was moved to a studio. I tried multiple times to extend my stay quickly to avoid waiting 5 hours to get into a new room, but they were completely uncooperative. After finally waiting 5 hours to switch rooms, I discovered a severe leak in the bathroom shower. Someone came to fix it, promising to get it done quickly or move us to another room if they couldn't. After another 4+ hour wait, I thought it was fixed, but it was still leaking. When I contacted them again, they said no one else would come to fix it, and a room change wasn't possible. I ended up cleaning the bathroom twice in less than 10 hours of staying there. A word of caution to anyone considering booking this place: 1. Check-in takes at least an hour, filling out more forms than immigration. Early check-in is absolutely not an option. 2. The hotel provides no drinking water and no slippers. 3. There is no service whatsoever! Neither the room nor the service is worth the price. 4. There's construction next door that starts early and goes on late, making it very loud and disruptive.

The only downside was the check-in/check-out times, otherwise everything was great.
