Boa noite! voltei hoje da Pousada Ogum Marinho e foi tudo excelente. Os funcionários, tanto da recepção quanto os do café são muito simpáticos e com boa vontade de atender as solicitações. O café da manhã muito bom e a localização também.

Sempre perfeito. Vou nesta pousada há uns 5 anos, mais de uma vez no ano. Limpeza impecável, comida saborosa, atendimento perfeito! Localização… na porta da Igrejinha praticamente. Estacionamento privativo e o dono, Seu Cláudio, um amor de pessoa com seus gatos e suas orquideas!

Gostaria de relatar uma experiência muito desagradável durante minha estadia na Praia do Forte. O atendimento prestado, especialmente pela Sra. Denise, foi extremamente grosseiro e despreparado. Além disso, o quarto que nos foi oferecido estava velho e mal conservado, e o café da manhã foi de péssima qualidade. A falta de preparo no atendimento e na resolução de problemas foi muito decepcionante, e esperamos que a pousada tome as devidas providências para evitar que outros hóspedes passem pelo mesmo transtorno.

Diante de uma hospedagem realizada durante o fim de semana, tive uma experiência muito horrível, onde os donos não possuem nenhum preparo pra recebê-lo. Deparei com uma situação dentro da pousada onde os donos não tiverem educação, interesse genuíno, preocupação em ajudá-lo por um problema que foi ocasionado por eles mesmo.
