A beautiful place to get out of the busy city life of Accra with good food. I visited with my mum and my little one and we lodge at their annex ie Empire Bay lodge. The noise from other guests ( mostly young men) was so loud and they were playing music from a sound system late into the night, we could barely sleep throughout the night. I would suggest guests should be advised to be mindful of other occupants. Also the housekeeper at Empire Bay could do with a friendly smile. She did not look approachable at all. Checking out of the hotel was hell as they were a bit disorganised as to how many nights we had been there and issued us with a 3 night invoice instead of 2 nights. Michelle was lovely and very helpful over the phone although I didn’t meet her in person. Thanks to Charles, Naomi and the lady at the bar ( forgotten her name). In all, I think they can do better as it is a lovely place. I’d stay again, but would love to see these grey areas addressed.

The noise throughout our stay was quite cumbersome. There was a wedding/engagement that didnt allow my husband and i to rest.
However the chef and staff were excellent and attentive.

Was good value for money. Lovely staff. Breakfast was not great unfortunately. Missing key things like butter. But the service in other areas was good and management were professional and approachable.

We went for a relaxing break and we got more than we imagined. The beautiful gardens was therapeutic. The views of the sea from the rooftop and private balcony was breathtaking! The rooms were extremely clean and the bed and pillows were very cosy, luxurious and relaxing which allows you to easily fall asleep even if you find it difficult to sleep. The food was very tasty. There are a wide variety of continental and local dishes. All the different foods we ordered during our stay were available which we found quite impressive despite the wide variety. The staff were professional and the customer service was excellent. They just made you feel welcomed right from arrival to departure. The level of detail the management has put in place to ensure the environment feels serene and pleasant is commendable. We will always visit again whenever we are on holidays in Ghana.

I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean and spacious and the food was great. Wifi was also good. I will recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in the Prampram area.
