The room was average, with a large mirror facing the bed. But there is a swimming pool built according to the beach. It is really beautiful to watch the sunset with my partner in the afternoon. Meals are relatively average.

Staff are excellent, so friendly, helpful and interesting to talk to. Very polite- couldn’t ask for more. Accommodation good we had a room near to the beach side which was lovely. Very clean.

Das Coco de Mer liegt im Südwesten von Praslin an einer ruhigen Sandbucht. Man hat vom Zimmer aus einen ausgezeichneten Blick auf den Indischen Ozean und kann von hier oder vom Deck über dem Wasser den Sonneuntergang beobachten. Noch nie sind wir in einem Hotel so freundlich empfangen worden wie hier. Wir wurden von Ahmed von der ersten Sekunde an freundlich, aber unaufdringlich betreut. Er war immer da, wenn es Fragen gab oder um z.B. ein Auto zu mieten. Auch das restliche Hotelpersonal war überaus kompetent, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind hell und sehr gut gepflegt, an mehreren Stellen der Anlage gibt es Wasserspender mit gekühltem Trinkwassen, sodass man immer mit genügend frischen Getränken versorgt ist. Der Strand direkt am Hotel ist feinsandig, sehr gepflegt und nicht überlaufen. Es gibt immer genügend freie Liegen. Ca. 500m entfernt kommt man zur Anse Takamaka, einem endlos langen Strand, an dem man sehr gut zu Fuß wandern und im seichten Wasser entspannen kann. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr abwechslungsreich, sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen werden als Buffet serviert. Die Weinkarte ist sehr umfangreich und die Weine sind im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels preislich angemessen. Unser Fazit: das Coco de Mer hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt, der Service durch das Personal war außerordentlich gut. Wir können diese Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

Very welcoming hotel. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food was good quality and good selection available. Beautiful private beach at this hotel, very quiet place but busy enough so it doesn’t feel isolated. I would recommend this hotel.

Très bel hôtel, chambre agréable et très propre Personnel extrêmement gentil, adorable ! Les extras sont largement abordable comparé a d'autres hôtels (8-10€ un cocktail) Les 2 piscines eau de mer et eau douce offre un plus mais peu profité car les plages sont magnifiques. Seul petit bémol pour nous , le buffet : le petit déjeuner très sympa, pas mal de choix Le soir nous avions plus de mal a trouver notre bonheur, trop particulier ou pas a notre goût Le coco de mer reste un bon hôtel rapport qualité prix comparé aux autres hôtels sur praslin Et vraiment 5 étoiles pour le personnel
