The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do in Praslin. Checking in was easy but be aware that their credit card machine probably won’t work! That made us scramble a bit to get local currency from the ATM. But, that all worked out. You will have to pay a daily tourist tax per person ()25) and they will pick you up from the coco’s pier for $200 rupees. The unit was nice and clean and had a nice balcony. The kitchenette was nice but the toaster and pans needed a good cleaning or replaced. The living room has three live seats that looked nice but the cushions were past needing replaced. Bedroom had a nice bed but the foam mattresses and pillows also need to be replaced. Nice bathroom with a toilet and bidet. Shower is quite large but the rainfall shower has you showering against the wall. All in all, it was a great stay and the beach is 3 minutes away. Just wish they had a pool.
