Molto bella e funzionale c'è tutto ciò che serve. La Spa accogliente

Questo è il classico caso in cui non solo le foto, ma tutta la pubblicità sul sito non danno degno onore alla nostra esperienza e alla bellezza dell'appartamento che abbiamo affittato. Peccato solo 5 pallini. Già da subito, la comunicazione è stata esemplare. Dall'altra parte avete un hotel sempre disponibile e aperto. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo avuto il piacere e la sorpresa di un appartamento curato nell'arredamento moderno e ben tenuto, sempre pulito e riordinato la mattina e con soluzioni di arredamenti e suppellettili veramente al top. Terrazzino per mangiare, comodo divano in salotto, mega doccia e bagno spazioso, cucina dotata di lavastoviglie e forno micro onde. Stoviglie e corredi presenti in buon numero. Camere ben isolata. In più, ma già così è stata un'ottima soluzione, al piano interrato avete a disposizione un posto auto coperto nel box condominiale e l'accesso alla piccola spa. Un piscina con idromassaggio e due saune. E' aperta fino a tardi. Cercate orari poco frequentati. Due nuclei riempiono già lo spazio disponibile. Ma è un di più veramente, già tutta la struttura merito più di 5 pallini. Ambienti comuni pulitissimi e ben tenuti. una chicca. Due avvertimenti da valutare. La costruzione si trova isolata dal paese e quindi lontana dalla vita notturna del comune, ma sul fronte strada. Le camere sono ben insonorizzate e di notte non si sente nulla, ma nei fine settimana, per esempio, il continuo passare di carovane di moto che viaggiano attraverso la regione, da un po fastidio. Ovviamente, ce ne siamo accorti, perchè in casa. Se uscite al mattino presto per escursioni e rientrate nel pomeriggio, vi accorgerete di poco. Stesso discorso per l'area festa comunale fronte a voi. Noi abbiamo beccato un raduno di motociclisti che fino alle 24.00 e oltre ballavano e mangiavano fronte la nostra camera da letto. Non c'erano infissi che tenevano. Noi cercavamo un po di tranquillità la sera e la cosa ci ha un pò disturbato. Certo se siete abituati ad uscire la sera o addormentarvi tardi, non avrete alcuna noia. Magari una telefonata preventiva in comune o all' APT di Predazzo per sapere se nei giorni del vostro soggiorno, sono previste feste nella zona delle piscine comunali. Ognuno poi si comporti come abituato. L'appartamento e la cortesia degli albergatori sono veramente da primi della classe, professionisti insomma e con dei bei locali da affittare.

Struttura nuova, pulita, spaziosa, bella e con un'ottima area benessere. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, in altre parole tutto perfetto!

We stayed in this splendid structure from 22 to 26 April The apartment for my family, 2 adults and 2 children, was large, clean and furnished with taste and many colors. Equipped with every comfort, a bathroom that I wanted to take home. the structure also includes a beautiful spa with hydro, turkish bath and sauna that you can use for free simply by booking at the sign placed outside the door with the room number, each room has 1.5 hours a day available to be distributed as you believe Cleaning is done daily, your responsibility is only the cleaning of the dishes, but there is a dishwasher, so ... Attached to the structure there is the municipal swimming pool with 3 pools for all ages with heated water What can I say ... Predazzo is very close, walking along the path that runs along the stream you can get there in 15 min. In short, I recommend it

We spent a week here. Very nice residence, very clean and comfortable apartment. Very quiet. Attention to the customer even in small things, such as the courtesy set for the kitchen, tablecloth and napkins. Very accurate daily cleaning. Guaranteed relaxation in the small SPA, which can be accessed by booking.

I occupied the two-room apartment of 50 square meters from 14 to 21.08.2021. and it was a hell of a week! It is located on the ground floor and, the large terrace described on the site, is a simple access to the condominium garden next to the entrance of the residence, without privacy, as the other condominiums with strollers and children passed through it! The apartment is almost completely windowed, but it is a pity that it does not have shutters, and it is exposed to the sun all day: in the evening it is an oven !! The windows are not all tilting, MAYBE !, so during the day you have to close the windows and all the blackout curtains to prevent the apartment from getting too hot. Do not think that the evening is different: being on the ground floor, the curtains must remain closed anyway, because the people who leave / enter the residence look inside you and whoever accesses the municipal swimming pool in front, does the same. During the night in the room the windows cannot be opened, firstly because you are on the ground floor and secondly because they are so large that they invade the bedside and you would risk getting hurt. Every morning we were awakened at 6.30 by the sun that penetrated from the tents and, if by sheer luck you could sleep, at 8.00 the children who played in the garden of the municipal swimming pool in front of our hotel thought about it. apartment to wake you up !! I would like to point out that the apartment was clean and tastefully decorated, too bad it is not functional. I believe that going to the mountains to suffer the heat is absurd and staying in a place without privacy is even worse!
