The hotel hardware is good, the restaurant service is very good, there are many handsome and beautiful brothers and sisters. The small disadvantage is that there is very little water in the room, and it has not been delivered after calling 2 times. The mini bar is empty, check in and check out because of Ctrip's problems, I waited in the lobby for more than 2 hours, and there was no water to drink during the period. Next time I will consider coming here for vacation. Ctrip really can’t comment. I made a full prepaid order. When I went to the hotel and said that Ctrip didn’t pay, I paid a deposit to check in, and then called Ctrip to deal with it. Ctrip sent me a message in the evening to tell me that it was processed. When I checked out Just refund the deposit. I checked with Ctrip again, hoping they will check it out and there will be no more problems. Ctrip online promised that there is no problem. When checking out, the hotel still said that the payment had not been received, and I stayed in the lobby for 2 or 3 hours on this issue. During the period, I also learned that Ctrip was sending emails to communicate with the hotel, so I was very speechless. In the end, Ctrip gave a 500 voucher to apologize. But I want to say that I prefer to have a pleasant trip, and 500 yuan is meaningless to me. Because of this problem, the travel plan was disrupted. I originally wanted to drive to Rabat on the day of check-out and go shopping for a while, and finally arrived at the Rabat hotel at 6 p.m. Clicked.

Dès notre arrivée nous avons été pris en charge parfaitement. Omar à la réception nous a fait découvrir l’établissement. Le soir nous avons dîner au sein de l’établissement, il n’y avait que deux tables. L’équipe du soir a été au petit soin avec nous. Le lendemain au petit déjeuner, Rachida et son équipe nous ont choyé. Nous ne voulions plus quitter l’établissement.

Le service au restaurant est excellent, et je remercie Rachida pour son remarquable professionnalisme. Elle prend grand soin de notre table, écoute attentivement nos préférences et propose des options délicieuses avec beaucoup d'attention.

Tout était super, le cadre, la vue sur mer de la terrasse, la gentillesse de l hôte. Hamza est super, toujours prêt à rendre service et de très bond conseils. La décoration est magnifique, beaucoup de goût Je recommande à 200% 😃............

L’excellence. Tout a été comme il fallait, quand il le fallait. On voulait du repos total on l’a eu. Le cadre est magnifique, la propreté irréprochable. Le personnel discret. L’accueil digne d’un palace. Tres belle experience. On a hate de revivre l’experience.
