A very friendly place to stay. Good value, room clean. Nothing too much trouble for the staff who were always to hand. We stayed over a weekend so free parking. Do not know what parking fees are at other times. Public transport available to get into Liverpool

A nice hotel in a great location close to the M62, perfect for visiting the family outside if Liverpool. Really friendly staff who were genuinely nice. The gym and pool were a great addition and nice to have a sauna. Room was reasonably priced for the family.

Excellent service. Staff very friendly. Rooms very clean and spacious. Food top quality 👌 breakfast was Very varied ,around Great experience. Gym and swimming facilities where good. With a nice sauna and steam room. Also staff in the pub/bar,reception. First class

Well situated near the motorways - friendly helpful staff
Club room was massive and looked as though it needed a bit more furniture as it was sp**** but beds very comfy

The rooms are dated but have been painted and are really comfortable. Staff were very friendly on reception. Quickly checked in. We had breakfast and it was tasty. The hotel is close to the motorway for easy access to Liverpool/Manchester etc

We used this hotel for a night away and booked for the spa/ pool facilities. The room was fine although could do with a little update. The hotel and staff felt friendly. It was a little disappointing to get up Sunday to go for a relaxing swim and spa to see the pool jam packed with members of the public and children, it looked like a pool party so we gave it a miss. The pool and facilities were a great size too. It would seem more beneficial for the pool to be open to the public after guests had checked out, in our view. Fairly central to town centre (£20 each way in an uber). Would stay again if we had our children but not as a couple’s relaxing night away.
