We were given room 406, a single queen. It was so small that the sink was in the bedroom. The toilet was so close to the tile that our knees hit the tile when we sat down. Tiny stand up shower. There was not even room for the two of us to pass each other at the foot of the bed and the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. We could hear the man next door snoring all night long. After complaining, we relocated to room 412 which was an improvement because it was bigger and had a small fridge and microwave and the bathroom was large enough to accommodate a sink and a tub. But again, the bed was just as miserable as the first. So if comfort is your jam, do not stay at this hotel. The positives are that the staff is extremely nice and accommodating. The lobby is lovely. There is a bar and restaurant and it is centrally located. But if you haven't slept well, it's hard to enjoy the amenities.
