Hotel was overall good for price, but overdue for remodeling. Staff was helpful and friendly. Toilet was short and outdated.

Old worn out place with a crappy room that smelled of heavy fragrance. I think they are trying to cover up something? After this experience I'm hesitant to look at the "best" western brand anymore. Now I'm looking for more recently build hotels that are fresher.

We choose the king bed room, with two queen beds room and sofa bed in the living room, with two full bathrooms for the four of us. This setup worked out pretty well for us for an entire week.

Bed bugs, lots of gnats in room, Mexican restaurant onsite was a joke ($16 for 1 taco and a skimpy serving of rice and beans.)

Front desk manager always friendly, professional and helpful. She always makes us feel welcome. When we go to Prescott we only stay there. The morning breakfast is such a bonus.

Motel probably less then half full but we were given a room in a building furthest from parking and amenities. Had to transfer luggage from the car down 2 flights of stairs to a room two flights below ground level on a hillside. You have to be carefully not to trip over rat bait stations in front of rooms on the walks. Won't stayhere again. Probably ground floor rooms with parking in front of door available but we stayed using points instead of paying cash.

We enjoyed this clean and well-maintained hotel. The staff was very helpful and professional. The view is beautiful.
