Super clean, large and comfortable room, fully supplied. If you are traveling with a pet, there is a wonderful pet area. It is enclosed, with shade and artificial grass and benches under the tree. A Mexican Restaurant within the property and plenty of parking for oversized vehicles. Hotel desk staff are all very friendly and most helpful. A great place to stop in a nice town.

This was our second stay here. The first time, about a year before, it was ok. So we booked it again, looking forward to a night in the picturesque mountain town of Prescott. This time the room smelled damp and musty. Floorboards were loose and creaked. In-room coffee went down the drain. We tried the breakfast, but the eggs and waffles were inedible. We won't be back.

Clean room, friendly staff, on time check in , all together a great hotel for short visits. Close by restaurants makes it for a relax stay in Prescott. The gentleman who checked us in was ever so kind. Our room was clean, bathroom was tidy and orderly, bed was comfortable, plenty of parking spaces, near by Mexican restaurant close enough for walk ins.

The service checking in and checking out was phenomenal. We have stayed here before and we will definitely be going back. The room was clean and everything was great! The breakfast was also was good! The bonus was waking up to snow.

Stay was good. The room was clean but a little outdated. The sink was stopped up and you have to jiggle the gandle to stop the toilet from running or take the tank lid off to move the mechanism to get the tank to fill up. Breakfast was pretty good. Overall an ok stay.

1. Please, please, please stop advertising full beds as queen beds. It’s really obvious to literally, well, everyone and it just makes people frustrated.
2. The staff really tried hard and were very kind.
3. You can hear noise down the road *all* night if you are in the front building of the hotel.
It’ll do in a pinch but that’s about it.
