I found a hair in the bathtub and food under the bed.The bed was lumpy.

The rooms carpet was stain with pet urine, and many unknown stains. They did not vacuum and the floor was filthy. The chairs were full of disgusting spots. The trash cans still had trash in them

The location and grounds were absolutely beautiful. I loved the balcony and the ambience. The lobby was nice and I enjoyed the 24/7 coffee bar. However the rooms are dated, the pillows have sweat stains. There were brown stains on the carpet and dust on parts of the furniture. There were reddish stains in my sheets. The lamp shade was cracked and discolored. Free breakfast tasted kind of old. I’d go again for the ambience and the area. They are pet friendly so I’ll make sure to bring my dog next time:)

The place is very quaint and quiet. bath could used updating however, that is about the only complaint. It was quiet and the people who work there were nice and helpful.

I was misled by positive reviews and booked here. The property is old and dirty. Entire property reeks of cigarette smoke. Hallways dingy, stairwells dirty with stained walls and floors. Staff was annoyed that they had to assist us. The room had stained carpet and decor from the 1980s. We left and went to another hotel without touching a thing, but they refuse to refund.

This hotel is not brand new or extremely old. It has been well taken care of. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The main lobby is very elegant and welcoming. The full, hot breakfast is amazing. Eggs, sausage, bacon, home fries, pastries. Actual silverware, plates, and mugs! Spent only one night but wish we could have stayed more.

The man upfront was great!!! However the only downside is the toliet is too close to wall no room for a big person. I felt claustrophobic sitting on toliet. But was great beautiful sunrise on the balcony.
