The check in was disastrous. The doors were locked due to the time I was checking in (2am). I had to stand outside for 15 minutes banging and ringing the bell until the front desk guy came out from the back.

Lovely hotel with great amenities. Has restaurant and bar on main floor, snacks and drinks including various coffees for sale near the main desk. Staff was friendly and communicative and went out of the way to help. I had Shawn help throughout my stay and was wonderful. Had the other Sean check us in and he was very welcoming and friendly. There is a lovely bridge connecting from the second floor of the hotel that is a must see and the pool and spa outside are both heated. We did get in them in January.
You are two blocks from whiskey row and incredible site and just 10 minutes or so from the front door of the hotel
From the spot most things are 15 minutes or less from you in the area. It’s a wonderful place to be.

The hotel room was insanely spacious and very clean. The staff - for the most part - were kind and helpful. Great location walking distance from downtown Prescott - even in the chilly weather! We had a great experience here.
