Our stay was good. Room was spacious. I like the electrical outlets on each side of the bed next to headboard, was easy access to charge our phone's and tablets. The room was clean, bed was comfort, plenty of towels. I like the sink outside the restroom. There was plenty of fast food restaurants around us.

The room was very nice as in it was clean. The bed was comfortable. I was a little disturbed that the chain lock/swing lock was missing, meaning the room had been broken into before. I put a chair in front of the door as it was very loud in the hallway. The breakfast was bread, packaged donuts that never get replaced and juice. Pretty disappointed about that but it is technically breakfast. The first sign when walking in said that the spa was permanently closed. I'd stay here again if in the area. Although I would bring my own juice (they didn't have orange) and bagels.

This was a last-minute stay as we traveled to Prescott and there were few choices that weekend. The check in was ok, the room was ok, the beds were not comfortable they were older mattresses, and the air conditioning unit was extremely loud and sounded like it was going to explode. I believe that there maybe some remodeling going on, because there were mattresses all around the front lobby, and in the stairways, there isn't any elevator. The staff was friendly, but didn't offer very much information about the property or surrounding area.
