The room is very comfortable. The bathroom has all the appliances working. The covered pool, perhaps for this weekend when there were many people, was a bit small but it was fine. We haven't stayed in this hotel for a few years, it is a good hotel but it lacks maintenance, the radio or alarm clock made noise, we had to turn off the air conditioning because it also made noise, the wallpaper on the walls was stained, the closet area destroyed, etc. The bed was comfortable. The 2 restaurants closed during dinner hours, so we had to dine in the lobby bar, where we had good service and the food was good.

My son and I were kicked out of the indoor pool because 'it was already 5pm'. I'm not aware of any rules about banning children under 4 years old from an indoor pool. Accommodation, food, atmosphere, cleanliness, decor... everything was great. But what's the point when you and your child are kicked out of the pool at 5pm?

We bought the package of one night in a hotel plus the spectacular presentation of God Save the Queen. The spectacular show is not enough. Food and organization of ten.To recommend. I stayed one night on carnival weekend. Compared to previous stays, I saw it more deteriorated, the lack of maintenance is noticeable. The day after we left, I contacted him early in the morning to let him know that I had forgotten a cell phone charger plugged into the wall. They notified me shortly after that they had found it and I could pick it up. When I went they only gave me the cable, the charger and the adapter were missing. They told me that it was just that but that they were going to check again and contact me. I had to contact me again, they told me there was nothing, I explained to them that it was plugged in and if they found the cable the rest had to be there. Unfortunately, no one contacted me again to follow up or explain the matter.

We sat down and there were two chairs that had to be replaced because they were broken I ordered a yogurt with jukebox and fruits and the yogurt came with strawberry (everywhere they bring you natural yogurt and here with strawberry and they don't even tell you. I changed it for some scrambled eggs. It took 30 minutes (it being Tuesday and there were very few people in the hotel ) When I receive it, it swims in a watery liquid (they weren't eggs babe) BADLY) I don't recommend it.
