Atendimento horrível. Ar condicionado que não funciona., e o atendente não tem nenhum interesse em resolver. Mais de uma hora de peregrinação e o ar condicionado só faz barulho e não refrigera. Nenhum compromisso com o bem estar dos hóspedes.

Café da manhã, ótimo .
Ficamos no primeiro andar frente p rua , um pouco barulhento.
Cama boa, chuveiro bom , ar condicionado ( controle não funcionava ) , pedi a troca do mesmo e deu certo.
Em resumo atendeu a nossa necessidade.
Um bom hotel . Sem luxo.

Infelizmente , a primeira impressão é a que fica ! Check-inn horrível! Péssimo atendimento. Quarto com cama de casal, sendo reservado de solteiro. Mudança pra outro quarto, cartão não abre . Ativa outro cartão , também não abre. Vem cartão do funcionário também não abre. Trocam a pilha da fechadura, também não abre . Até mudar pra outro quarto . Isso depois de 4h de viagem . Solicito o carro no estacionamento, conseguem demorar 30 min . No final , tive que eu próprio pegar o carro .

Otimo hotel , muito limpo e funcionários muito prestativos. Café da manha muito bom, com bolos bem feitos e saborosos. A academia tem apenas uma esteira e um aparelho multi funcional. Ficamos duas noites, como parada no caminho de Bonito, na ida e na volta. Hotel perto da estrada.

O atendimento na recepção foi ótimo, pessoal bastante simpático. O hotel muito bem localizado, café da manhã bem gostoso. Outro item importante é que tem ponto de recargo para carro elétrico. Busque no Trivago a melhor tarifa, pois os preços variam muito.

Hotel não está nenhum pouco preocupado em fidelizar seus clientes. Cada mês cobram um valor de tarifa, com aumentos abusivos em mais de 25% em cada reajuste. A falta de simpatia no atendimento revela a péssima gestão do hotel. Talvez o errado seja eu em persistir ficar neste hotel, viajo há mais de 15 anos e em todos os hotéis o atendimento é cordial e sempre estão preocupados em manter seus clientes!

Estive hospedada no final de semana (21/05/2022), fomos muito bem atendidos, os funcionários muito educados, e preocupados em satisfazer o hóspede, quarto limpo, setor de café da manhã organizado. Bom custo benefício. Super recomendo.

Este Hotel JR situado na avenida cel. Marcondes segunda entrada para o centro de Presidente Prudente tem ótima localização. É aconchegante muito limpo e organizado. Com manobristas bem profissionais. O café da manhã fabuloso e o espaço do hotel muito bom.
