Overall it is good, but there is no washing machine and no dining table in the kitchen, which is a pity for the presidential suite.

Fantastic place. Luxurious and stylish. One of the best places to stay in Preston. There’s just one thing, the lock on the front door is temperamental. I got locked in and someone outside with the code couldn’t get in. Very frustrating.

This apartment was/is excellent. We were unsure what to expect upon arrival but as we gained access through the secure yet simple to use front door, the fragrance of a clean, well maintained and cared for property greeted us. (Instantly reassuring my partner!) Upon locating our apartment, it was all smiles. The cleanliness, the appearance, the finishes touches and the added bonus of sweets (I’m easily bought!!) created an excellent first impression. The bed, the shower, the cooking facilities etc all made for a really enjoyable stay and enables us to pen this positive review and state, that upon our return to the area we will definitely return to this property as it is truly outstanding.

I chose this place due for the location and easy access to my meeting and the train station. The self checking was easy, there are cafes, supermarkets and bars about 100 years away. The room was immaculate, bathrooms and the room had underfloor heating and the kitchen had everything you need for a night including milk which was a wonderful touch. The toiletries are high quality. The room decorated tastefully. The bed was two single divans connected( one sloping in the middle which was uncomfortable, specially when I suffered from a back pains. The upstairs neighbour was so very noisy dragged furniture or something until the 1am and couples of other neighbours were slamming doors ( which was nothing compared to upstairs) I passed out eventually from sheer exhaustion. If the noise wasn’t there and had a decent bed this place would have received 10/10 from me. Sadly I would only offer 7.8

Absolutely tremendous place to stay. I would recommend it to everybody. I certainly wont stay anywhere else from now on. Stayed in the casablanca suit it was fantastic and so clean and fresh. Excellent staff. A big thank you and see you again very soon.

Staff were amazing.Nothing was too much trouble. Apartment was huge 2 bathrooms 2 king beds and well equipped kitchen. Walking distance to everything. Would recommend.
