A fantastic overnight highlighted by the wonderful breakfast , bar a wee bit pricey though

I was taken here as a gift for my birthday, and it was wonderful. Overnight stay with Breakfast. There was an issue with our original date being over booked so we made the choice to come a day early! This hotel went above and beyond, we had a 3 course meal with a bottle of red wine and a discount for our stay gifted to us for the inconvenience of them double booking. We had the warmest welcome from all the lovely ladies on reception. The room was ideal on the first floor, and even though it was the weekend and their was a function on, the guests were lovely and not noisy even though in close proximity to our room. Our room was spotless, well stocked toiletries and tea and coffee facilities in the room, tv, privacy curtains and black out curtains , perfect, loved the iron and iron board!! And the hairdryer!! no noise and fluffy towels with a super comfy bed gave us a great nights sleep. The meal was lovely, my partner had the soup of the day, I had the prawn cocktail, he had the what I can only describe as a mountain of steak pie and I had the chicken with haggis, all piping hot, served in a reasonable time , very tasty with nice and friendly waiting staff, had drinks at the bar, bar was stocked plentiful, the cocktails were lovely. and the bar man on at night was friendly and approachable. Breakfast was so good, all your cereals and porridge, fruit juices , iced water and tea and coffee, then a full Scottish breakfast, as this was our choice but there is more options on the breakfast menu! , again a large portion and served in no time even though it was busy. Pastries and rolls available too but we were so stuffed from the breakfast we didn’t manage to try any. All in all I can’t fault our stay, and will definitely return as I love Prestwick and hopefully the weather shall be better next time. Thanks again for a great stay.

Attended a recent tribute night and also an overnight stay. Tribute act was really good and very well done. Dinner was 3 courses, fresh and piping hot with 2 choices for starters and 2 for main. Dj was really good with a great mix of music. Photographer was going around tables but didn't come near us or our table for any pictures so I can't comment on that although he seemed friendly. The room was beautiful, very well laid out and modern , bed fantastic. Breakfast in the morning was amazing , one of the best we have had following a stay anywhere . Definitely return for another tribute night hopefully as it was so good .
