Six Senses Krabey Island

Not worth it! The stuff is really amazing and helpful, however the place is not worth visiting. The nature, beach and activities are below average and do not match the luxury price the resort is charging. It is also near to a kinda port so you will see cargo ships passing near the island. You can see rubbish floating in the water around the island as well. The food is also average and overpriced. A papaya salad cost 20USD. For comparison it worth 2.50USD on the mainland. Another example, the resort car service ask 90USD for 30km ride. For comparison, the taxi from Phnom Penh to Angkor Wat with a distance of 320km worth 80USD. On my personal opinion, there is noting much to see and do on the island, and definitely nothing that justify the price.

Six Senses Krabey Island is like something out of a dream. The beautiful scenery, top-tier spa experience, delightful private villa, amazing food and drinks, and the phenomenal staff make this place of my most favorite destinations. Upon arrival by boat, we were greeted by our host, Navy, who would be available at ANY time, just a text away to answer any questions, make recommendations, or even just arrange for a ride from the villa. We didn’t often need his assistance, but when we did, he was right there. The staff in general at Six Senses Krabey Island is like nothing I ever experienced. Everyone is so friendly, happy to greet you, and really seems to take interest in your experience and you as a person. Vibol, the front office manager, went out of his way to always come say hello and ask how we were. Getting to know him over our few days there was easily one of the reasons that our stay was so amazing. Mony served us many times, at different locations, and always remembered our preferences, and made the best recommendations we could ask for. During our stay, I had the pleasure of meeting the Food and Beverage Manager and had some great conversation discussing his experiences and background. However, the first thing I did was compliment him on the food and drink selection. If you want local flavors, they have it. If you just want some comfort food, you can get a handmade pizza on their fresh made sourdough crust (we had that more than once). If you want fresh fish, caught that day around the island, it’s available! We got a salt-crusted sea bass and it was the best fish I’ve ever eaten. To top it all off, you can even get house-made ice cream, available every day. We were only here for 3 days and if we were to do it again, we would stay at least 7-10, to really get everything the resort has to offer. When it was time to leave, we were so sad, not because it was time to go home, but because we were leaving behind paradise and the new friends we had made. As our boat pulled away, the staff was standing at the pier waving us off, sealing the envelope on what would become one of the greatest experiences of our lives. If you are looking for the most relaxing experience, amazing food and drink, top quality spa experiences, and an incredible staff that makes you feel at home, this is the place for you.

We’ve stayed at the six senses krabey island during our honeymoon and it was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is incredible, everything so peaceful and the staff is beyond friendly. The infrastructure is spectacular, multiple experiences to enjoy at the hotel and everyone is extremely helpful, friendly and taking absolute care of your experience. Our GEM (guest experience manager) made every moment of our experience very special, thinking about all the details and constantly finding a way to surprise us. Thank you so much bong Nam (Namchhun). Be sure to try all the local gastronomy options, as they are delicious!

Our experience here is a memory I will never forget! The customer service was AMAZING and 100% worth my money. It was luxurious but they are eco-friendly and environmentally sustainable. I could tell they really cared about CSR. Our GEM, Kumpheak, went above and beyond accommodations. She was able to help us get rides around they island, give activity recommendations based on our interests and personalized our experience. It was easy to communicate; especially with her quick responses. I really appreciated that. Again, I can’t emphasize enough how great the customer service was. Every staff, from the driver to the server to the masseuse — everyone was fantastic! I absolutely love it here and will definitely come back!

I went to the resort for my honeymoon celebration with my wife. Was accommodated by super friendly staff named Ms. Kumpheak. She was always by our side to help and gave us what we need anytime. We got excellent service and had a great time there. More than words could described.

The location is stunning, as well as the room and the common areas. At this resort, I found friendliness and professionalism. I also tried the spa, and it was an impeccable experience. I thank the entire staff, especially the general manager Ateeb Shrestha, our Gem Vechaka, Saroeung Nhoung, and Queeny, who made the vacation unforgettable by proposing splendid excursions. We recently spent out holiday in Krabey Island and it was an unforgettable experience! The island is breathtaking and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing gateway. Hotel and personnel went above and beyond our expectations! Every staff member was incredibly kind and attentive. Everything was PERFECT, from the beginning until the end. Anna was our GEM (guest experience maker) and she was just great. Anna was helpful, smiling and always available to make our experience amazing. We are very grateful for her. Only minus is the price for the boat transfer. It should be included in the room fees
