The location is difficult to get to without a car.
However, if you have a car, this is a recommended place.
The breakfast was mediocre for a 4-star hotel.
When I inquired about the room's air conditioner being broken, there was no apology and the staff's unfriendliness was extreme, as they only told me that the electricity was broken.

Wir waren 4 Nächte dort. PRO: Der Privatstrand vom Hotel war toll! Es gab immer genügend kostenlose Liegen und Sonnenschirme die viel Schatten spenden. Es war nie überfüllt man hatte immer genug Platz und Ruhe. Die Zimmer waren groß genug, hatte einen kleinen Kühlschrank & eine große Dusche. Die Sauberkeit war ok. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und nett. Konnte sowohl deutsch als auch englisch. KONTRA: Die Sauberkeit des Restaurants im Hotel war nich so gut. Die Tischdecken waren immer dreckig genau wie die Stühle. Die Salz & Pfefferstreuer waren wirklich sehr dreckig, so dass ich sie eher nicht benutzen wollte. Die Tablets auf denen man sein Frühstück holen konnte waren auch voll mit Flecken und Krümeln. Im Zimmer hatten wir ein Ameisenproblem. Die Speisen waren leider auch nicht so gut. Der Tintenfisch war zäh wie Gummi, obwohl ich Tintenfisch liebe, hat er mir hier nicht geschmeckt. Am nächsten Tag hatte ich Risotto mit Meeresfrüchten, in denen leider noch sehr viel Sand war. Die Meeresfrüchte waren nicht genug gesäubert worden. Im Essen waren außerdem manchmal Haare. Am Strand steht Rauchen verboten, dennoch waren viele Zigarettenstümmel auf dem Boden verteilt am Strand. Alles in allem war es okay, aber zum Essen würde ich dort nicht mehr Essen gehen.

Cet hôtel est fantastique. L'accueil est très chaleureux et efficace. Le personnel est souriant et aux petits soins pour les clients. (Mention spéciale pour zeljka qui est adorable). La restauration (petit déjeuner et dîner) excellente. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Hotel verleent een slecht service als het op een misboeking aankomt. Via één van hun boeking sites gevraagd om een boeking voor 8/6 automatisch was dit omgesprong en naar 11/6 want 8/6 niet beschikbaar. Gebeld gemaild etc. 11/6 waren wij alweer thuis maar ze wilde van niets weten en bedrag van € 82,00 geïncasseerd.

...with plenty of time to regenerate. Nice, simple hotel right on the water. The rooms are small, spartan, the view is priceless. The food was good. There isn't much for us to discover in the area. Restaurants and bars are further away.

Interesting location above the Novigradsko Sea. It looks like a lake, but it isn't; it links to the open sea via a large channel. Great food, great staff and great views. Also very convenient for places like Zadar. Not expensive.

The location of the hotel is ideal: bordered by the water with a terrace where you can lounge in the sun. The hotel even provides buoys, chips, paddles...! On the other hand, we cannot say that it is a 4 star, a 3 at most. The maintenance of the hotel leaves something to be desired in the rooms. The bedding is a downside because for a double bed you have two single beds pushed together and not two single box springs. If you are used to sleeping in the middle of a double bed, forget it, otherwise you will sleep on the wooden frame of the bed and you risk having back pain. And in terms of duvet, pillow, sheet it's very basic. If you sleep as a couple, it's complicated to be completely covered by the duvet... On the other hand, I give 5 out of 5 to the welcoming and attentive staff!
