…in bester Lage und garantiert das Nr 1 Hotel am Chiemsee! Nach Anreise genügend Parkplätze und ein sehr herzlicher Empfang. Auf Nachfrage was sich denn in dem schönen Turm befindet wurde uns sofort eine Führung über die 3stöckige Turmsuite ermöglicht…superschön ! Unser Zimmer mit seitlichem Seeblick wunderbar und auf neusten Stand. Der Wellnessbereich ist zauberhaft und Blitzsauber. Das Highlight ist aber der Aussenwhirlpool unter Bäumen mit Vogelgezwitscher 👏 Das gesamte Personal ist super freundlich und Gastorientiert. Der Aussenbereich zum See ist der Knaller…mit Yachtbereich und 3 Stegen um im See zu schwimmen…darüber hinaus sind zahlreiche Pavillons in verschiedenen Größen direkt am Wasser vorhanden…toll. Unsere Tischreservierung mit Seeblick bei Zimmerreservierung im Restaurant KITZ wurde durch den äußerst kompetenten Restaurantleiter perfekt umgesetzt! BRAVO ! Unser Abendessen mit diversen Sonderwünschen wurde alles umgehend perfekt umgesetzt und war hervorragend. Der anschließende Barbesuch bis weit nach Mitternacht war durch den charmanten Barchef ein Volltreffer 👍 Unser Aufenthalt war rundum ein Volltreffer! Das in die Jahre gekommene Hotel ist grundsätzlich ok. Die Zimmer zur Seeseite sind schön und sauber. Sehr „schade“ und einem 4* Hotel überhaupt nicht angemessen ist der Ruheraum - ein ehemaliger Seminarraum ohne Flair. Man könnte ihn schöner gestalten. Auch der „Service“ bzgl. Tee - Gläser - etc. ist optimierungswürdig - funktioniert nur auf Nachfrage. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und die Angestellten sehr freundlich. Alles in allem ist das kein 4* Niveau mehr - da sollten sich die Betreiber mal in Österreich Anregungen holen.

Stayed 2 nights. The bed was a little soft for my liking, but worked well. Breakfast was amazing, the view of the lake and surrounding area was fantastic. We walked to the ferry terminal which is about 1k (1/2 m) away. 4-5 dining options were also available near the terminal. The hot tub is outside the pool area, everything is very well kept.

A very beautiful place to stay. The free buffet was the best we have ever seen. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will diffinately return.

Tolle Lage mit direktem Zugang zum Chiemsee. Das behindertengerechte Zimmer sollte hinsichtlich der Badezimmertür und der Fenster mal modernisiert werden. Wirkte etwas heruntergekommen und lieblos und steht in keinem Verhältnis zum Zimmerpreis

A lovely hotel with a view of the lake, pretty gardens and helpful staff. We hired e bikes and were grateful for the help and advice the staff gave us. There are two restaurants - both were good but not cheap. We paid extra for a room with a terrace onto the lake but were a little disappointed this was not private but shared. Generally a very good hotel for a pleasant lakeside stay. It's only a short walk to the local port with cafes and restaurants.

Absolut alles perfekt und mit viel Liebe und Können errichtetes Hotel. Wir waren nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise, aber wir kommen sicher bald wieder.

Modernes, freundliches Hotel mit gutem Service und exzellentem Frühstücksbuffet, direkt am See. Ruhiges Deluxe-Zimmer mit eigener Terrasse, sauber mit guter Bett-Qualität. Badezimmer könnte etwas groesser sein.
