This hotel was recently renovated. It was very clean and modern. We were quite shocked by the open glass wall in the bathroom and shower. No privacy. The restaurant was not open yet for seating. Food is available in room only after 7:00 AM. Too late for our train. Elevator floors are accessible by key card only. One of ours did not work. The hot tub was not working Staff were apologetic and understanding. Brought us coffee in the lobby. Be sure to ask about the bathroom.

Upon arrival the staff was very accommodating. The room was clean and as advertised. I requested a late check out and it was dealt with in a timely manor. My go to hotel in prince george

It’s a beautiful hotel, with the pool, hot tub, gym and Starbucks, make it lively. The rooms are spacious, the bed is nice and firm enough. Safety is great-w/ security guards. Customer service and parking are excellent. Absolutely memorable experience.

Clean rooms. Nice Indian food restaurant right across the street. Feel safe with locking doors and key card access only. Wish there was more parking

The room was well set up; although, lighting was a little confusing. Bathroom was up to date and fairly large. The door was a bit heavy and seemed to be off it's slider a little, but still worked okay. Staff was friendly.
