We've stayed here a couple times when traveling long distance. We like it bc it's clean, convenient, and accessible off the highway.

Slow check in. Guest clerk also on phone.
But glad I asked for a room not on the side of I-77.
Breakfast just so so. Not bad but not over the top.

I’ve stayed in nicer red roofs. Disappointing that the name Hampton no longer assures a quality hotel. Bedding is a mess. Popcorn ceilings, textured walls and 90s tile. Just Old but outside looks good so you don’t know it’s marginal until you pay and go to your room. Will try elsewhere next trip.

It’s clean overall and customer service is great.
Bathroom clean but could use an update.
The room could use a deep clean, especially vacuuming the spring box under the mattress.

The bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. The bathtub had brown stains. Our room keys had to be recoded for use every day. The bathroom needs to be updated. Two dogs on our floor barked a lot.
