很好的套房,面朝大海,春暖花開。廚房用具齊全,開車10分鐘去foodland買回來自己做,和在家一樣。

Enjoyed the property. Great ocean views!! Only disappointment was housekeeping came into our room before checkout and began cleaning. As a paying guest, this was not acceptable..

Not a good timeshare to exchange into or book directly. As a non-owner you'll get the "leftover" units that are bad enough the owners didn't want them: the ground-floor ones near the road, near the trash/maintenance building, or near the loud pool equipment. At night, the cross-breeze is essential to cooling the unit. That requires keeping the bedroom sliding door open while you sleep. You'll get car headlights shining into the bedroom through the sp**** bushes and you'll hear occasional passerby conversations. The alternative is closing the door and using their loud stand fans to move hot air around. All bad options. The staff are friendly but there's nothing they can do: all they have are other "leftover" units. It was clear this is a common guest issue, and they kindly waived the resort fee but it was still a pretty rough stay with poor sleep. Recommendation for the resort: Install air conditioners in the ground-floor 1-bedroom units to mitigate these problems. Recommendation for other travelers: If you want to try the cliffs, either book a 2-bedroom loft (all on the third floor) or rent directly from a condo owner so you know which unit you're reserving.

We booked a one night stay because we had to kill time before our red eye flight and wanted to shower before our flight. The unit was dirty, especially the bathrooms. I was glad we weren’t spending the night. The check in process was a complete joke. I had already paid through ******* but had to basically fill everything out again at the check in desk which took 45 minutes. The entire time they were trying to sell me on a time share. They had extra charges for everything, Wi-Fi, parking, extra parking spot etc. the last straw was when the front desk called right before we were checking out and was trying to get our credit card number again after we had already given them it a check in and paid for it the night before with *******. The Wi-Fi that we paid for and was extra didn’t even work .The front desk couldn’t even give me the Wi-Fi password because an individual owns the unit we were in and they didn’t know what it was.The only redeeming part of this place was the view of the ocean when you walked to their look out. I would never stay there again.

Property is dated. No ac and tv indicates cable but really seems to be free internet tv....no local channels. Couch very uncomfortable.

Condo was exactly as described. Beautiful ocean view, breakfast on the lanai everyday. We did some cooking and all utensils were top of the line even the Instapot, having an ice maker in the freezer was a plus. The grilling area was clean and close by. Two pools and hot tubs was nice. There is not as much to do in this area but it was so comfortable. The complex is quiet and felt very safe. I plan to return next year. We were able to see whales off the shore of complex. There were also a few farmers markets close by.

Nice place, however, be advised they charge exchange customers a $100 resort fee and a daily $15 parking fee which we did not learn about until check-in.

This is our second visit to the Cliffs. The rooms are very nice and most units have an ocean view. You are on a cliff high above the ocean without access to the ocean below. They have a smallish pool area with a private adult area with a hot tub. There is a few to park a car on the property and a daily resort fee and tax. It cost $350 for the week. This was a time share exchange for us so we had that expense also. The published rate for a one bedroom with a loft is $650 per night plus those fees.
