Not a good timeshare to exchange into or book directly. As a non-owner you'll get the "leftover" units that are bad enough the owners didn't want them: the ground-floor ones near the road, near the trash/maintenance building, or near the loud pool equipment. At night, the cross-breeze is essential to cooling the unit. That requires keeping the bedroom sliding door open while you sleep. You'll get car headlights shining into the bedroom through the sp**** bushes and you'll hear occasional passerby conversations. The alternative is closing the door and using their loud stand fans to move hot air around. All bad options. The staff are friendly but there's nothing they can do: all they have are other "leftover" units. It was clear this is a common guest issue, and they kindly waived the resort fee but it was still a pretty rough stay with poor sleep. Recommendation for the resort: Install air conditioners in the ground-floor 1-bedroom units to mitigate these problems. Recommendation for other travelers: If you want to try the cliffs, either book a 2-bedroom loft (all on the third floor) or rent directly from a condo owner so you know which unit you're reserving.
