We stayed from April 15th to 19th for the Legality tour. Welcoming structure practically on the sea, equipped with bright rooms suitable for the needs of a school trip. Safety and adequate spaces, availability of multiple rooms and toilets, common spaces for meetings and group activities. The staff was friendly and ready to satisfy our requests. Good food quality and a strategic place to reach the places of interest for the trip.

I must say that it was a special holiday, hotel with impeccable service, excellent choice, excellent location, very professional staff, excellent classy cuisine, excellent rooms, beautiful common areas, beautiful swimming pool, good price, affiliated beach, a little to be desired, perhaps for the end of the season, good free beach

A week's stay in this dated structure which is slowly renovating spaces and rooms. Very nice, large, modern rooms. Good cleanliness, service from the dining room staff very kind, polite but not very attentive to details (empty bread basket, empty vegetable holster to collect...). Strategic location of the hotel to reach several wonderful beaches but, alas, the pedestrian exit and crossing a curve of a very busy road is quite dangerous. Courteous and helpful reception staff. The 3 stars of my modest opinion are due to the quality of the food offered which is not up to the standard of a 4 star hotel. Poor quality of the raw materials and dishes offered (raw ham and kiwi!!!) But all in all we had a good time!

Family holiday, 4 days of maximum relaxation. Very kind and attentive staff. Ideal cuisine for all tastes. The structure is modern and extends very close to the beach, just a few steps away.

Fantastic holiday. Excellent facility managed with great care by all the staff. The restaurant has always been up to the task by offering a wide variety of menus. New and welcoming rooms. In particular, I would like to point out Gabriella for the service on the floor, in the dining room, in addition to the professionalism of the maitre d' and all the staff, I would like to point out Gabriele and Alessandro. The only comments are the absence of a safe pedestrian crossing, limited bar opening hours and inadequate swimming pool hours. Highly recommended for families with children.

We stayed the 2nd week of August, what can I say about the fantastic structure. We had a very good time, compliments to the very knowledgeable reception staff. Everything was of a really excellent standard, starting from breakfast where there were always various types of cakes, and a vast selection of sweet and savory foods. .dining room staff always available and attentive. having booked half board I noticed that I had the table for both dinner and breakfast reserved for the whole week, compliments to the meter for the management of the tables. Very satisfactory cuisine, excellent quality of products, congratulations to all the staff. Fantastic swimming pool, it's a fairytale, always clean, compliments to the barman Biagio who is attentive to everything, the quality of the aperitifs is excellent. Thank you, we will be back

We stayed 2 weeks in this beautiful property, located in front of one of the most beautiful beaches on Elba. Compliments to the chef and all the dining room staff. It's a shame there isn't a bar service available before 12.30pm, the time when the pool bar opens, managed by two guys who are the added value of this structure, compliments to Biagio and Enrico.

After several years and after the pandemic we returned to the Pearl of the Gulf, we were not as satisfied as in the past, some services were not restored after the pandemic, others have lost quality. We found the pleasant and beautiful surprise of the swimming pool; the car park has been expanded and also includes some covered parking spaces, both positive notes, but not only these; the rooms have been modernized and are very beautiful and functional, you can rest very well and, although the hotel overlooks a very busy road, you can't hear any noise in the room. Indeed, the hotel overlooks a busy road: once there was an overpass on this road, which has been partially removed, probably imposed by the municipality. The first question that arises spontaneously and which may have also been asked is: were at least pedestrian crossings and signs warning of crossings so difficult to obtain? To reach the beach you have to walk along a path without any type of pavement, but taking risks to cross the road in front of the hotel seems to me to be devoid of any safety hypothesis for swimmers. Once upon a time there was also a shuttle which, although the route to the sea is short (about 300m), at least helped to avoid these dangers. Furthermore, I imagine the help he gave to families with small children, or to those who wanted to go back to the hotel after a day spent on the beach, without having to walk under the sun with the temperatures of this August. The service was suspended with Covid and never restored. However, the biggest sore point comes from the restaurant, which is poorly maintained and lacks the quality that a person expects from the restaurant of a 4* hotel. I'll just give you a small example: it's unthinkable that a seaside hotel of this category, on an island like Elba, offers frozen fish dishes... truly incredible. The hotel is no longer the pearl of the gulf that I knew about 15 years ago, I believe there is a tendency to minimize costs as much as possible, to increase profits.
