Environnement très agréable, hôtel propre, le personnel est très bien un bémol : le choix des peintures de la sdb moyen et pas de poignée de douche pour nous sécuriser

All'arrivo non trovavano la prenotazione, poi hanno trovato la mail regolarmente arrivata. Nel frattempo la stanza tripla l'avevano assegnata. Ci hanno proposto una camera indecente, nella quale non entravano neanche le valige, con wc e lavabo a vista, da celare con un separé mobile. Ci siamo rifiutati di accettarla. Successivamente ci hanno proposto una matrimoniale piu capiente con cambio due notti dopo. Avevamo fatto 11 ore di viaggio ed abbiamo accettato. Nel frattempo ci sono state addebitate 4 notti in tripla. La proprietaria affermava di aver cancellato la prenotazione con un addebito ma non abbiamo visto documentazioni. Vorrei fare reclamo ma non so come fare.....
