Bonjour , Accueil inacceptable vu le prix de la chambre. (Bien loin du 3 étoiles) Vue médiocre , sans compter du bruit matinale que font les gens au petit déjeuner. Donc si vous voulez passer une bonne nuit avec votre compagne, je vous conseille un autre établissement. À éviter.

L'accueil était décevant ! À notre arrivée, le monsieur n'a pas été sympathique lorsque j'ai demandé s'il était possible de réserver pour une nuit. Il m'a annoncé un tarif, mais quand j'ai mentionné un prix différent sur Booking, il s'est énervé et a refusé de discuter. Malgré notre fatigue après le voyage, nous avons pris la chambre à un prix élevé (122€ en avril) avec une vue sur mer limitée depuis une petite fenêtre. Le matin, en ouvrant les volets, nous avons constaté un manque d'intimité car les personnes sur la terrasse pouvaient nous voir. Hôtel à éviter !

Les plus : très belle vue sur la mer depuis les chambres et la terrasse du petit déjeuner, centre ville accessible à pied
Les moins : petit déjeuner indigent =＞ choix faible ressemblant davantage à ceux que l'on trouve dans un hôtel 2 étoiles, divers problèmes dans les chambres : pomme de douche qui ne tient pas, volet roulant très dur et bruyant à manœuvrer, climatisation sans position intermédiaire fonctionnelle (soit éteint, soit ventilation au maximum), pas idéal pour dormir au frais sans bruit. Gérant de l'hôtel qui considère qu'il n'y a pas de problème.

A friend of mine suggested this Hotel when I mentioned that I was planning a trip to Ogunquit and I'm so glad I took his advice. The hotel is one of two that are very close to the beach. One is on the beach, the Neptune is next door. To say it's near the beach is an understatement but to be perfectly candid, it is not on the beach. There are Ocean View rooms and Bay View rooms. We opted to stay in a Bay View room with a porch and found it a great place to relax after a day at the beach and watch the sunset across y the river. The room itself was clean, recently updated and comfortable. We found the staff extremly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area, its attractions and restaurants. Did I mention value? The Neptune is substantially lower priced than most nearby hotels. I intend to make this a regular destination in the future.

Aspect extérieur faisait peur en arrivant en pleine chaleur à moto Mais bonne surprise chambre très propre salle de bain refaite à neuf .. terrasse superbe pour le petit déjeuner vue sur la baie .. accueil très souriant .. et parking pratique et fermé .. juste le petit déjeuner à améliorer car viennoiseries moyennes .. on y reviendra avec plaisir

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable au niveau de l’accueil, de la chambre avec vue sur mer et du personnel de ménage.Cependant il faut signaler un petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner (11 euros) qui n’est pas en rapport avec un 3 étoiles. Les baguettes sont ordinaires (non pas rustiques) et pas assez dorées Les viennoiseries sont froides (les croissants non croustillants). Les yaourts et le fromage blanc ne sont pas froid car sortis à l’avance et placés sur une plaque en inoxe. Pour finir, la salade de fruits est en fait composée de fruits en conserve !
