Wir hatten eine Familiensuite. Zustand ziemliche Abgewohnt und definitiv nicht gereinigt. Das machte nach der Reklamationen an der Rezeption auch eine Flasche Wein nicht wieder gut. Wir hatten trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub, werden dass nächste mal aber eine andere Unterkunft buchen.

Der Check in war unkompliziert mit einer kurzen Einweisung. Wir bekamen ein besseres Zimmer als gebucht.
Auch bei weiteren Annehmlichkeiten zeigete sich das Hotel sehr entgegenkomment. Der Check out war problemlos.
Unser Aufenthalt im DORMERO Hotel war sehr schön.

Generell waren wir mit der Unterkunft zufrieden, es hätte aber an einigen Stellen deutlich besser geputzt sein müssen.
So war beispielsweise eine Ladung Sand in einem Schrank, unter der Kaffeemaschine und an der Wand Dreckspritzer und die Geschirrspülmaschine nicht ausgeräumt. Der Wunsch nach anderen Kopfkissen wurde auf zweimaliges Nachfragen erfüllt. Wir haben diese Unterkunft ausgewählt. ACHTUNG!! Suchkriterien für diesen Urlaub/Hotel war nahezu ausschließlich der Pool. Bei der *******-Suche wird dieser angezeigt, letztlich mit der Buchung sind der Pool und das Fitnessstudio nicht inklusive und muss vor Ort zugebucht werden. 15 € für das parken sind meiner Meinung nach auch überzogen. Zehn Euro sind hier völlig ausreichend.

We had a wonderful stay at the Dormero. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were incredibly spacious. The beds were very comfortable and, unexpectedly, we had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The breakfast had something for everyone and was very tasty. The wellness area was also a great place to relax. Water for refreshment after the sauna would have been nice.

Originally built during WWII, the complex is well renovated and offer large spaces and big rooms which are in fact some apar**ents. Large living room, nice kitchen. The decoration is sober but quite modern. The parking lot is just accross the street but do first your check-in to get your parking place allocation. The breakfast is just normal, nothing spécial. The hotel is not "on the beach" but very close to it. You can as well find a swimming pool and a gym but be aware that the access is normally with some extra cost.

We had a lovely room again and felt very comfortable. The view of the sea and being able to listen to the sound of the waves is always lovely.
On New Year's Eve we received a nice message and an invitation to our room from the hotel manager.
We'd love to come back and can hardly wait!
