Gastvrijheid staat hier hoog aan. Hotel is netjes en goed verzorgd. Parkeergarage onder het hotel, wel vooraf een plek reserveren want de ruimte is beperkt. Het ontbijt is goed verzorgd en indien nodig volledig glutenvrij (mijn vrouw heeft coeliakie en heeft hier zonder problemen kunnen genieten van het ontbijt en het eten in het restaurant van het hotel). Absoluut een aanrader en zoals gezegd, zelden zulk vriendelijk personeel gezien/ervaren.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit direkter Strandlage. Frühstück sehr gut und lang (bis 12 Uhr), Pool sehr schön und gut gepflegt/sehr sauber und auch das Zimmer war sehr schön. Einziges Manko war der Checkin, der etwas holprig lief (wurden erst in eine niedere Kategorie einquartiert), aber das wurde schnell geklärt. Auch sehr positiv hervorzuheben ist der Hoteldirektor, de sich persönlich sehr gut um die Anliegen der Gäste kümmert.

Downgrade erhalten - Meerblick gebucht, Hausblick bekommen. Sehr stark in die Jahre gekommen, wir hatten eine Suite mit Meerblick gebucht. Hotel war wohl überbucht und man hat versucht uns einfach in ein Zimmer mit Häuserblick unterzubringen, was wir nicht akzeptiert haben. Sehr unprofessioneller Umgang mit der Situation, Hoteldirektor war nicht erreichbar.

Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Service, tolles Frühstück bis 12.00 Uhr. Zimmer großzügig und gemütlich, Lage spitze. Saunabereich gut, Schwimmbad schön, wenn auch etwas kaltes Wasser. Restaurant und Bar im Hotel sehr solide Qualität.

I ended up in Binz spontaneously and stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. I had a spacious ocean view room with separate living area and balcony and I loved it. The hotel is separated from the beach only by the pedestrian promenade and very quiet. The AC in the room was working well. Unfortunately, due to the many mosquitoes in the area at the time, I did not want to keep the windows open at night. The atmosphere and the food in the bar/restaurant was excellent, as well as the breakfast buffet. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Very convenient location and the elevator was also helpful for me. Overall my short stay at this hotel and in Binz was great! Would definitely return!

This hotel is close to perfect. Great facilities and service above normal. The location could not have been better. The room we got was bigger than ecpected with full equipment. The spa in the basement was not to big, but enough. The restaurant serves very good food and the breakfast had everything. The women in the the breakfast-restaurant are the best... and so are the front desk staff. Hope you pay them well! We will be back.

Upon arrival, we were surprised at how old-fashioned the rooms were. We decided to go out for dinner after which we got food poisoning (the only thing we both ate was fish). We contacted the hotel staff but they were not very helpful. The next day we decided to leave the hotel because we no longer wanted to eat in the hotel restaurant. When leaving, the staff was rude and they charged us for dinner, which caused us to spend the night vomiting and having diarrhea. They charged us for one night more than was indicated on the Booking (and tried to charge us extra for breakfast that we didn't have, and was included in Booking price). Their argument was "You are the first guests to complain". We are definitely not coming back to this hotel!

Für uns ist es tatsächlich das beste Hotel in Binz. Es passt alles. Die Lage ist optimal. Nicht direkt im Zentrum aber nicht weit entfernt. Die Zimmer sind schön groß und die Ausstattung für uns optimal. Was nützten einem Designer Möbel etc. Wir sind der Meinung es muss praktisch sein und man muss alles verstauen können. Es gibt nichts Schlimmeres, als wenn keine Schränke oder Stauräume vorhanden sind und alles rum liegt. Ein sehr wichtiger Punkt ist auch, dass Hunde willkommen sind. Leider ist das auf der Insel nicht selbstverständlich. Alle Angestellten sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Garage ist tatsächlich nicht optimal. Die Plätze sind eng und teuer. Die Einfahrt finde ich gar nicht störend, denn die neue mit dem Aufzug möchte ich auf keinen Fall nutzen müssen. Alles in allem - super Urlaub! Vielen Dank.

Eigentlich die perfekte Lage für ein Hotel, direkt an der Promenade und wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Die Zimmer wurden vor nicht allzu langer Zeit an sich ansprechend renoviert, an den Details hakt es aber, so steht der Fernseher auf einer Anrichte in ca. 1.50 m Höhe, Kinofeeling erste Reihe. Am Badezimmer ist die nötige Sanierung leider gänzlich vorbei gegangen, 90er Jahre ;-( Wenn man in die TG einfährt überkommt einen ein südosteuropäisches Feeling, so viel Chaos, Schrott und Gedöns - die Einfahrt in den Dorint-Teil verschwindet dahinter fast. Für stolze 18 € empfiehlt es sich auch besser mit einem kleineren Gefährt anreisen, sonst wird es sehr eng. Das größte Manko liegt aber beim Personal, es gibt einige sehr freundliche, zugewandte MitarbeiterInnen, aber leider auch zu viele, die patzig, die einfach nur unfreundlich sind. Und in der Masse ist das doch wohl ein Führungsproblem des Managements. Denn jeder Mensch hat mal einen schlechten Tag, aber hier wohnt spürbar kein guter Geist. Andere Dorint Häuser sind da viel besser aufgestellt! Daher beim nächsten Mal in Binz nicht mehr Dorint.
