This property is top notch. Excellent friendly customer service from all depar**ents. The restaurant and bar have a wide variety of delicious items to choose from. There is also a sauna along with indoor gym, pool and jacuzzi . The staff are the most friendly of any hotel or resort that I have stayed with.

The room was great! Beds were somewhat comfortable not sure it was the sheets that weren’t helping. But overall we had a great experience at the Hilton! The outside building doesn’t have a sign, so when we pulled in we weren’t sure if we were at the the right place. Just a heads up, if you see a restaurant connected to a building with no name you are at the right place.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Northbrook! The service was amazing, especially from Brooke Whiteside. When my blow dryer was broken, she immediately had a new one sent to my room. The restaurant's food was incredible too! The pot roast especially. Even if you aren't staying at the hotel, you should come by for the food.
