I chose the deep tissue Crete massage and my massage therapist was Victoria. This was the best massage treatment I ever had. The session I had was the seventy minutes one and after that I feel refreshed and relaxed! During the session I was 100% relaxed, something that is not usual for me. The massage therapy with Victoria is highly recommended!

This is our third year that we book vacations with this hotel.In general we are satisfied with the accomodation and and the facilities that the hotel provides.Stuff is professional and kind.Breakfast has a variety of stuff for all tastes, although pastries are not the best quality.Food of the main restaurant (antaeus) is very good and tasty.One of the disadvantages of the hotel are the rooms, some rooms are not renovated so this is a thing that it can be improved.Finally the best thing in this hotel is the pool of course, it is quite big and there are enough sunbeds around the pool.

Just returned from a 7 day stay at the king Jason. This hotel is outstanding, we’ve stayed at many 5 star resorts and can honestly say that the food & service at this resort is the best we’ve received. I can see why so many people return, on that note, we’re already planning to return another 2 times next year. Pros Food is outstanding, the ingredients are top quality and the flavours are out of the world Drinks service by the pool is 10/10, I did not move from my sun lounger for the whole stay, the bar staff work extremely hard and take drink orders every 15/20 minutes. Location 10/10 - 5 minute walk from the ***** and a stones throw away from the beach. Views 10/10 - the views are out of this world. I particularly loved the evenings when the sun was setting, the sky was beautiful. Staff 10/10 friendly, welcoming and always smiling, nothing is too much trouble, they go out of their way to provide the best service. 3 of the staff members even offered to go out of their way to buy my partner a bottle of spiced rum, Asen picked up a bottle after his day shift and brought it back the same evening. A special shout out to Asen, Dennis, Alex and Maria!! Rooms - spacious, clean, comfortable beds and gorgeous interior. Cons As an early riser, the rule of reserving sunbeds from 8am is far too late. We’d often go for a sunrise swim in the sea and would like to then relax on the sun loungers after, however, we didn’t feel comfortable or at ease when doing this due to the rule. It was clear that 8am is too late as you’d often see people relaxing on their sunbeds early morning. Although some people like to have a lie in on holiday, this doesn’t suit all. I think 7am would be a more appropriate time. The hotel has plenty of beds so if people would prefer a lie in then so be it, however, it’s not right to penalise the early risers. Drinks - my partner drinks spiced rum, however the hotel don’t offer this. We had to buy 2 bottles of rum to put behind the bar for our stay. Please consider adding a spiced rum to your drink selection Cleanliness- the hotel as a whole was immaculate, however, there is room for improvement. The stairs and walk ways to the room could do with more regular cleans and although the pool areas were cleaned each morning, the water overflow area around the pools needs attention, there was often debris in this area and the same debris was there for our whole weeks stay. Lastly, there was a green limescale around the pool area below the circle sunbeds which was also there for the full week. Entertainment- there was live music on a few of the nights which gave a lovely ambiance and set the scene. I’d love to see some kind of entertainment every evening. Although there were a few minor things that could be improved, we will definitely be returning and already counting down the days. Thank you for such a lovely stay, we can’t wait to come back.

This is a very good middle class hotel. It has a five star rating and has five star facilities such as spa etc. but it is not a luxury hotel . You need to have the right expectations when you come here and if you do its fantastic. Rooms and general areas are clean, service is excellent with the exception of a rude staffmember at the reception. The garden and pools are very good as is the location on a fantastic beach. We were halfboard and are vegetarians. We hade dinner two times at the buffe. One night with good vegetarian options but the second night poor. The other five nights we went to the different alcartes that are included. Good for vegetarians, marcellos, lemongrass and reef. Not so good the brasilian and the greek. The brasilian and greek both have vegetarian options but they were hardly eatable. In the brasilian we had a good red curry base but then they had unseasoned silken tofu as the protein. Silken tofu is not intended for this use and it just fell apart. The greek we had dolmadas and they were terrible. Tasteless. The starters were good though. Breakfast was a little limited but had everything you need. Fresh orange juice and coffe served at the table. My daughter was even able to get a soya milk ice latte in the morning. I asked for low fat youghurt and they ordered it for me especially for the rest of the week. The resturant staff is extremely service minded. I can recommend this hotel. It is a little worn and I missed the little touches such as candles and flowers on the table at dinner. They also need to improve the cleaning of the rooms. The regular surfaces were very clean but I can see that the skirting boards and walls had not been cleaned for a while. Also the carpets outside the rooms are a bit stained. If not for this I would rate this hotel five. Protaras is notvreally an upscale resort but the beach is lovely. And you can hike along the coast. We were here Och 29- Nov 5. The weather was perfect and pools and sea warm. A lot of people here at the beginning of the week and lots of people but by the end of the week a places started shutting down. Still enough resturants and bars open though for a nice holiday. Lots of stray cats around but no dogs. You can help out by buying cat food and feed a few of them. Other places we went had lots of stray dogs and that really hurts me to see. I donated to a dog shelter to do something.

This was our third visit to Infinity Blu and we’ve already booked our fourth for next Summer. It is the most relaxing, friendly place with amazing staff! Everything is spotless, food is outstanding and drinks are free flowing! The boardwalk allows for evening walks up to the harbour or down to Protaras and the beach is beautiful, with such clear waters, definitely take a snorkel! There’s never an issue with sun beds, so you can sleep in and not worry! Shout out to Andrulla for generally being lush every morning and always sporting a smile! See you all in 349 days and counting!

Ich bin ehrlich gesagt erstaunt über einige der negativen Bewertungen für das Chrysomare Beach Hotel and Resort, denn mein Aufenthalt war durchweg positiv. Der Service im Hotel ist herausragend. Das Personal ist äußerst aufmerksam, freundlich und stets bereit, den Gästen bei ihren Anliegen zu helfen. Die positive Einstellung und das Engagement des Personals haben meinen Aufenthalt wirklich angenehm gestaltet. Das kulinarische Angebot im Hotel verdient ebenfalls Lob. Die Vielfalt an Speisen ist beeindruckend, und die Qualität der Gerichte ist hervorragend. Egal ob beim Frühstücksbuffet oder den à-la-carte-Menüs, es gibt für jeden Geschmack etwas. Die Auswahl an Speisen hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Personals haben einen bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen. Jeder Mitarbeiter scheint bestrebt zu sein, den Gästen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Obwohl das Hotelteam sehr bemüht ist, die Einrichtungen sauber zu halten, scheint es, dass einige Touristen leider nicht den gleichen Respekt für die Gemeinschaftsbereiche aufbringen. Man kann das Hotel Management nicht dafür verantwortlich machen, wie sich manche Gäste benehmen, darum verdient das Hotelpersonal Anerkennung für ihre Bemühungen die Anlage in einem einwandfreien Zustand zu halten. Der Spa- und Poolbereich sind definitiv Highlights des Resorts. Die Einrichtungen sind gut gepflegt, und es gibt eine breite Palette an Entspannungsmöglichkeiten. Die Hotelzimmer sind geräumig, komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Raum bietet eine angenehme Rückzugsmöglichkeit nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag. Insgesamt kann ich das Chrysomare Beach Hotel and Resort uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Die positiven Erfahrungen mit dem herausragenden Service, der exzellenten Küche und den komfortablen Unterkünften überwiegen bei Weitem mögliche Unannehmlichkeiten durch das Verhalten einiger weniger Gäste. Die Kommunikation im Chrysomare Beach Hotel and Resort ist besonders reibungslos für diejenigen, die der englischen Sprache mächtig sind. Das Personal im Chrysomare Beach Hotel and Resort ist äußerst zuvorkommend und professionell. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Maria Loizou für ihre liebevolle Hilfsbereitschaft und das Aufgeben unserer Postkarten. Booked into this hotel because friends who just called in for a drink liked what they had seen. First impressions were good. Friendly receptionists and the place looked very nice. First impression of the room was that it was spacious, had a large bed and nice bathroom. On further inspection though we noticed = No tea/coffee facilities. Only 3 soft, cheap quality pillows. Bottom sheet not a fitted one and didn’t cover all of mattress. The quilt itself barely covered the bed area an it and it’s cover again seem poor quality. Mini bar had two bottles of different beer and one can of Fanta. No complimentary water offered. The only English speaking channel was a Turkish news channel. Some better points:- Shower was excellent. The sports bar was very nice, very reasonably priced with lovely staff. The restaurant food was nice but make sure you ask for time between your starter and main. In summing up this hotel I would say that with a few adjustments and and more attention to detail I would stay here again. Until then I’ll sadly give it a miss.
